Very impressed with Charles, who went to alot or trouble to get my issue resolved. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Can’t get better customer service than that. Thank you Charles

At this point, the communication has been horrible. After the order was placed, I immediately notified new error of the urgency of the product going out quickly, which did not happen. I’ve called multiple times for updates and they have not come through as they’ve said they would. As of right now, I still do not have tracking, even those days ago, I’ve requested the product ship out immediately.

I did not expect to be able to get my Newair ice maker working, but having spent a lot of money for it and only a few months of use I contacted your product support hoping there was a repair shop I could take it to. Hilary walked me through several troubleshooting steps that were more detailed than the manual, and continued working with me when those initial tries failed. Hilary was upbeat and encouraging and this kept me from giving up and throwing out a machine that just needed several cleaning attempts to clear what was probably a blockage on dirty water level sensor. The unit has been working ever since and I am very grateful (much more than just satisfied, thanks!) Helping on a Sunday, while not essential for me, was also a nice touch.

The reason I gave two stars is because newaire did give me a discount on a new ice maker but has not fixed their design flaw on this model. It has happened to my last two ice makers in the exact amount of time. The tray that fills with water cracks where it pivots on the rod that turns it. Then where the rod is starts to rust. Other than that tha ice maker is great they just need to fix that problem

I had an excellent customer service experience with NewAir. Representative Laurellee Stuart diagnosed my water pump issue quickly and professionally. It appears it will be an easy fix. She was very courteous and polite. Thank you, Laurellee for your help!

When I asked about an extended warranty, it seemed or appear to me that the staff was confused and not knowledgeable on pricing or details. I had to call back SEVERAL times In order to get information about the warranty vendor, and finally able to secure pricing confirmation.

I had major issues with three fans that were shipped to me in the fan box only with no other box protecting them during shipping and all suffered major damages and now the fans are broken. I have talked with Newair over five times and still no resolution even though they posted a comment to help me. Very disappointed with the customer service after the sale.

Camilla Mendez was pleasant, prompt and genuinely concerned about my mini wine fridge not working. She didn’t waste anytime offering a solution to my cooling issues. Even sent me the instructions on how to properly replace the thermostats in my dual zone fridge. I’ve been enjoying my mini fridge longer than I had realized when Camilla checked to see if I was still under warranty or not. I’m looking forward to nicely chilled wines again 🤗.

I received a brand-new NewAir wine chiller as a wonderful birthday gift from my wife. Disappointingly, the unit arrived with considerable damage (broken door, missing leg, dent, scratches), which quickly eroded my confidence in NewAir as a company. Upon reaching out to arrange for a return and replacement, though, I encountered Hilary Waight, who immediately took ownership of the problem. She has been very responsive (e-mails generally responded to within 24 hours, often quicker), very courteous and empathetic, and bottom-line, within the first two days arranged for a replacement unit to be shipped to me. While delivery is still pending, I am very appreciative of Hilary's customer service and problem resolution efforts.

I very satisfied in how the replacement of a broken brand new ice maker was handled. I received prompt service that was satisfactory resolved with a new machine without much effort on my side. I appreciate how I was kept up to date on the status and that I received the replacement fairly quickly.
