Laurelle was very helpful and knowledgeable with my situation. She answered all my questions. Finally, she helped me ordering replacement parts. Overall, it was a great experience with Hilary and the Newair customer service team.

Jan 25,2024Received the 16 bottle capacity wine fridge and it is a slick looking item, but unfortunately was defective. I contacted customer service and was taken great care of by Charles (shout out for and awesome experience!); he was able to get an exchange set up for a brand new replacement and I don’t even have to worry about shipping the defective unit back! If you purchase from Newair, you’ll be in good hands should you experience the need for support!
