We have a NewAir 115 qt. Portable 12V Wheeled Electric Cooler Model Number: NPR122GA00 Used it less than 4 hours and it quit. Contacted Newair and the mother board was backordered. Waited for the date that it was supposed to come in. Still no part. The said they no longer make that big cooler and I had to get a smaller one. Just great. They asked for more info once again that was supplied to them, and I never heard back from them again. 6 unanswered emails and 2 phone calls that they never returned. Absulutly JUNK product and JUNK company. Stay as far away from this company as you can!!!!

Very nice electric grill. It can be used to cook a lot more than just steaks. I also love that you can use it indoors or out. Very sleek appearance too.
If the hydrometer didn’t fall apart, as soon as you try to put the battery in, it would’ve been five stars quality of the product is very good. However, hydrometer it’s subpar and needs to be improved.
Such a big disappointment from the very first use, I experienced many issues. I received a defective and unreliable ice maker. The low water light comes on when it is filled just under the max line. It took 12 hours to make the first batch of ice and the light says it is full when the ice basket was empty.
Promises to ship my product I ordered yet 11 days later and nothing. They keep sending the same email. Will ship by end of day. Still nothing. Will never order from them again. Hate dishonest companies!! Update 17 days and no product, no refund or no tracking number. The company is saying they can't refund but I can't even track it as there's no tracking number. They literally ripped me off! That over $400 in their pockets while I received nothing. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

I purchased an AI-100 Ice Maker from Newair originally in October of 2021. That one failed after serval months, but even though it was beyond the warranty the customer service person I spoke with offered me a 40% discount off of a replacement. Now, about 10 months later the replacement has failed. When I chatted with customer service to trouble shoot the problem Charles walked me through the process. After checking a couple of things it became clear to him the compressor had gone out, and it could not be repaired. This time however, Charles was able to secure me a replacement for only the cost of shipping it to me. I must say I'm not overly impressed with the reliability of this particular model of ice maker, but I am very impressed with the way the company, and specifically the service representatives (Charles in partuclar) has handled the issues as they arose. I wouldn't hesistat to purchase another of their pieces of equipment in the future, based on their willingness to step up and do what's right, and would gladly recommend this company as a good one to do business with.
My customer service representative, Charles Trapp, was extremely helpful in finding a resolution for my issue. I had hit so many brick walls dealing with other companies and people dismissing my issue that I felt very defeated when I called new air. Charles listened patiently to me and then took it upon themselves to fix the issue and even emailed the information that I needed as well as invited me to contact them directly if I encountered any other issues. Charles is a superior customer service representative and is a positive representation of the company. I feel confident in the resolution of my problem and will happily suggest this company to others.

I purchased a replacement fridge door from them. Initially I spoke with Charles Trapp at Newair about purchasing just the glass door for my bar fridge. He was able to provide me the part number quickly and a quote with pricing. Very friendly and easy to work with. Upon ordering the door and it being delivered, I noticed there was a small chunk out of the plastic bezel around the edge of the door. I replied back to Charles in our original email with some pictures and his immediate response was to send me a new one. I was very pleased with how quickly he responded and how willing they were to help. I will definitely buy more Newair products in the future. It's a great fridge!
