May 14,2024New Air makes the best evaporative coolers. I just purchased a 1600 CFM evaporative cooler. I love it! It's as cool as a regular a/c. I needed a little help learning how to use it. I emailed and received a fast response from Charles. He was so nice and helpful. I wrote so many times and he answered every email. I am so pleased with his customer service. Thank you to my New (Air) friend!

May 12,2024Product was exactly what I needed. Shipping prices are a little crazy considereing its a little piece of rubber that weighs about an ounce and then it got delayed while in transit but since it's the only place to order the piece guess it is what it is..

May 11,2024I got the ice maker 44lbs because I’m hosting some parties this coming Summer and I will need so much ice :D So I tried it before hosting those parties just to make sure works well and I am very satisfied! First of all, the shipment was fast and very carefully packaged; it does include everything and the instructions are very easy to follow, also is very easy to use and to program it to make ice, the timer, and the cleaning option, which I love because in about 7minutes it’s completely clean and you just need to wipe it down with wash rug and that’s it! Everything works great and do the job! The size is perfect to storage or to keep it on the counter top. This would be perfect for parties, businesses or just to have ice all Summer!! The quality is worth the price. I highly recommend it!

May 07,2024My representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was also very prompt with responses. The only issues that I had with the process was the time limit on my response. I do understand how this can be effective in keeping the process succinct. The one suggestion I have is to provide the necessary major steps upfront, instead of sharing them as you go. I needed to provide photos the first time, and then another later. It just prolonged the process. All in all, Laurelee made the process for recall and refund credit a positive one.

May 07,2024I have been wanting an electric food waste composter ever since I learned that they exist and when I saw that Newair / Luma had one available I knew that I had to give it a try! I am a huge fan of Newair as everything that I have from them is a quality product that works beautifully and that will last for years and years to come! They're a brand that I trust and I LOVE this amazing machine! Makes a great gift for all too and this is sustainability at its finest! Perfect for me and my composting needs to eliminate scraps out of the garbage and into my garden!

May 04,2024Laurellee Ashly Stuart processed my warranty shipment payment. It was a relief to be done after a long home repair troubleshooting process. The documentation on how to do troubleshooting really needs an update, but I was initially sent out a replacement part! (Couldn't get the bad one out to try it) But hey, now I have a new fridge. Just cost me like $60 which is better than having a dead fridge after 90 days though. So, c'est le vie.

May 14,2024Disappointing experience with NewAir. Purchased one of their portable A/C units from a home improvement store. Unfortunately it came with a broken joiner disc that secures the vent hose to the A/C unit. In the box with the manual was a card that read "STOP! PLEASE READ. Should you have any questions regarding your unit set up or any issues experienced in its performance, please call us prior to returning to your store of purchase". So I did just that and their customer service was very responsive...at first. I sent them a pic of the broken part along with my purchase invoice and they gave me an order number for a replacement hose and said I would receive it in 3-5 business days. 5 business days passed and I never received the replacement hose, so I tried contacting them again. Took almost a week for them to respond the second time at which point I was told they couldn't locate the stock to fulfill my order and had no ETA to provide the item any more. Left me hanging. Beware.
