What made the experience a 5-star is the representative, Elizabeth, that I dealt with. She is informed and follows through. In my experience I felt that the "company tools" the representatives are given can be misleading and result in unncessary charges. In my case, this representative was able to address that concern to my satisfaction.

Well this is the third ice maker I’ve bought ’em from you totaling 1,500 dollars first one lasted maybe a year if that the second and third one right out of the box makes god awful noises. Two them need repairs

I was missing a foot on the bottom of my beverage fridge. Hilary Waight handle my request in a prompt and courteous manner. Very happy with this company so far!
This heater will warm a room, but you must consider the size of the room. It is rated at 150 sq feet. Be conservative with this as the heater takes quite a bit of time to warm up spaces. There is no fan. It relies on radiant heat from the fins. I do have a concern with the battery holder on the remote. It is made of plastic and the molded plastic seems like it could easily break when you open it up to get at the battery. The remote uses a common 2032, included, button battery. Overall, I am pleased with the heater and its performance.
