Easy to work with but we are now on our 3rd ice marker with each lasting about 6 months. I will say ours gets consistent use where we have to fill the water 2-3 times a day.

My ice machine chocked up some plastic pieces and since I live in Mexico Amazon would not extend the warranty. They did give me the number to Newair. I spoke with Elizabeth about the issue and all was good till I mentioned Mexico then she had to speak to a supervisor as they do not ship here. She worked the problem and kept me informed along the way and found a resolution. I contacted a cousin would often goes across the boarder from Canada to the USA and she acquired a postal delivery box and that satisfied Newair so they sent a replacement the next day. I only had to pay the small shipping fee. AWESOME job guy

I called Newair about a problem I was having with my Beer Foster which is less than a year old. I talked with Hilary in Customer Service about this problem and she took the time to really listen to me. She took the time to explain what the problem was and how they would resolve my issue. With employees like Hilary she is a real asset to Newair.
I called customer service to discuss an issue with my Newair wine cooler. I spoke with Laurellee and she diagnosed the issue and problem resolution within minutes. She provided excellent customer service and I was very pleased with the outcome. She was vey pleasant to deal with. She is an asset to your company.

Just Like Sonic Ice! The ice itself is awesome, just like Sonic ice. it’s great for making cocktails The ice maker is kind of loud, BUT that is due to how the nugget ice is made it’s hitting the plastic basket so that's to be expected. It makes ice pretty quickly. We use it daily. Literally 13 months later it broke right after the warranty expired. I contacted Newair's customer service from the website my customer service agent Vanessa was very friendly, apologetic about my issues and was extremely fast to get a replacement sent out. I just had to pay for shipping. Can’t wait to have my ice machine back.

Avoid this company. We bought this fridge and it died after 4 years. It could not be repaired because of newair's policy of planned obsolescence of their products - this we were told by customer service representative. Newair also told us NewAir 15” Built-in 29 Bottle Dual Zone Compressor Wine Fridge could be fixed with a part they charged us $30 for, though in fact the unit could not be repaired. Avoid this company.
Fern was incredible at solving my issue with my new fridge. He was nice, responsive, and seemed to care about my situation. He was able to solve my issue in a timely manner. I hate writing negative reviews but feel that potential customers should know about others experience with the product. I bought the 30lb nugget ice maker three years ago and about 1 1/2 years into using the machine stopped working properly and wouldn't make ice. I contacted the company to inform them and they sent me an identical new unit. I have now had that unit about 1 1/2 years and it is now making loud noises when making ice. I contacted the again and this time they told me they would give me a 40% discount to buy a new replacement unit which retails for $300 but didn't offer any other support. Why would I buy a third unit when the first two failed in less than two years? I would definitely NOT recommend this unit in any way.
