I searched youtube for the best wine cooler, and Newair had really good reviews. I went out and bought my first wine cooler. I got it home, and when I went to set it up, it had the wrong water container for humidity. I called your customer service number, and Charles Trapp answered my call. I explained the situation. He was very understanding. He had to confirm with management, but he called me back, and was able to ship the part to me free of charge. He followed up with me 4 times. It really made me feel special. Another thing that i liked about my experience was that you took the time to invest in the call back technology. I think ever company should have that. There's nothing like listening to the same song over and over for a long time. Thank you Newair for the great experience and great wine cooler. Thank you Charles for all your help, Newair is a better company with you working there.

After purchasing a Newair Shadow wine and beverage cooler, I had an installation question. Charles was both prompt and knowledgeable in his response to my question. He offered the right solution and made sure I could contact him again if I had any concerns or questions and even followed up a few days later. He also accepted a suggestion I had with enthusiasm, indicating he would pass it on to the appropriate department. His confident demeanor was apparent and made me feel confident in his advice. Charles provided the kind of customer service that is rare these days!
