Mar 19,2024Great humidor. Temperature control is simple and the machine is not that loud. Wish there was the ability to set the humidity level to be auto controlled. It’s running around 78 with the water dish half full. That would be my only improvement.

Mar 19,2024I received a damaged unit from Newair, so contacted customer service to resolve the problem. My communications there with V.E. were very pleasant and helpful. V.E. was willing to make concessions to make me whole and I really appreciate it. I would recommend V.E. and Newair.

Mar 19,2024Vanessa has been great both on the phone and by email. She has been attentive, understanding, and persistent in helping me resolve my issue. It is very disappointing that a company like this with a product like this, and at this price, cannot remedy this situation. There has to be some way to eliminate this odor before you sell this product to the public.

Mar 16,2024I ordered the Newair x Boveda 500 Count humidor. The unit arrived damaged from shipping and new air quickly replaced it. The humidor has been amazing. The Boveda packs keep humidity perfect and the unit keeps constant temp. There are various ways you can set up using the new peg system. There is so much room and the amount of cedar in this one imparts cedar to your cigars. I love it. It’s better than I expected, and my expectations were high.

Mar 19,2024Update: Newair stood by their product and offered a replacement with reasonable shipping and tax charge. Their Customer service representatives are excellent and get 5 stars. They responded quickly and were pleasant in phone conversations. Thank you! Ice maker leaked all the water out. I recently read other reviews and found that I am one of many who had the same issue. It leaks from the inside. Company said “unfortunately you are past warranty and we have discontinued your item.” No help to fix or replace the product. I felt like they just said sorry about your luck.
