Our ice maker, AI-215SS, stopped working a week ago. I contacted Newair through their website. From the beginning, I was helped by Vanessa Edwards. She has been very prompt in answering my emails, answering my questions, and telling me what the next steps are. I even spoke with her on the phone so I can pay the shipping fee for our replacement ice maker. She was very professional and prompt. Great customer service!!

I purchased a Newair Wine Cooler, and after four days started to hear a loud popping sound. I contacted customer support and began to have a online chat with one of Newair's support staff about my issue. I ended up with a support person named Charles Trapp, who stayed with me throughout the entire process. He requested video of the problem along with purchase details, serial and model number. I sent it to him and was asked to unplug the wine cooler, wait for 24 - 48 hours, then plug it back in and let him know if the noise had stopped. I informed him that the noise had not stopped and sent him another video with the noise. Charles had a new wine cooler sent to us to replace the defective one. Charles was helpful, easy to work with and helped turn a frustrating situation into a positive one. Based on the customer support I received from Charles, I would consider buying another product from Newair.

I had purchased a black Newair counter top ice machine which sat for 2 years before being used. Once used it was a phenomenal part of my daily use. 18 months later the ice water tray cracked, and had to be replaced. I call the service provider and they solved the problem. It doesn't get any better than that when it comes to customer service and support.

Recently the power board went out on my unit. Surely all hope was lost. Wine was getting warm. White Claw was basically being cooked. That's when Charles T. swooped in like a guardian angel and shipped me a brand new power board. As the tears flowed down my face, Charles assured me the installation would be quick and easy. And you know what? It was! The unit is back up and running. Wine tastes sweeter. White Claw tastes...well like White Claw but it's all thanks to Charles.

Vanessa Edwards from Newair customer support helped me get a replacement icemaker at no cost but shipping when the icemaker I registered for the 1 year warranty failed. She also answered all my questions along the way by e- âail and after I received the new icemaker. She told me how to register the replacement icemaker with Newair. She was extremely professional and vociurteous over the phone and by e-mail. She is a big asset to Newair.

Ordered a 224 can mini-fridge from New Air and it works great. It's quiet, stylish, and keeps all our drinks the perfect temp. When we received our fridge the kick plate was dented but Charles was awesome and sent us a new one no problem!

Overall a nice humidor, but find it very difficult to keep humidity down. Using 68% Boveda packs and humidity is staying in the 74-77% range. Very frustrating.

Once we knew the unit needed to be replace she made that process very easy to do. They shipped the new unit to me within 5 days. Was impressed with customer service on how quickly they resolved my issue.
