Hilary was great! I was pleasantly surprised that she offered me a replacement ice maker at the same value as the one I had previously. My warranty expired one day before it started acting up and I contacted the company. She was so nice, walked me through the process, and made sure I was getting what I wanted. Highly recommend buying from Newair as their customer service is top notch!

The customer service is very friendly and genuinely tries to help. She was very kind. We are still waiting for tracking for the replacement. The experience with getting help is good but wish I didn't have to pay shipping when you just gave us this replacement in August and it was supposed to be a better machine since they had problems with the original unit but it did the same thing as the first one. Hopefully the one you send this time will last for years NONE of your products has made a year yet. :(

I received a Newair 30lb Nugget Ice Maker as a gift. I love this ice maker! The ice is perfect and I always have an unlimited supply of ice to meet all my needs. Unfortunately, I experienced a problem with my unit and it stopped working. As this was a gift, I did not have a receipt to request a refund or exchange. I reached out to customer service and was very pleased with their reply and response. They resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. Each of the customer service representatives that I dealt with were prompt in their replies, polite and highly professional. Even though I was initially disappointed due to the dysfunction of my unit, I would definitely choose a Newair product again because the company stands behind their products and worked with me to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution to my problem. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and fast response. My Newair fan went out and stop blowing out air on one side. However, while still under warranty the unit had to be replaced. The whole process was fast and easy. Laurellee was communicative, professional and very knowledgable. Thank you Laurellee for all of your help!

Bought a counter top newair from amazon back in febuary of 2023. Months later the machine stopped working. They replaced it and said keep it. I broke it apart and the gears on the bottom of the tank was worn out. 2nd machine lasted a few months and would run a few hours and the fill water light would come on. Did all they suggested and never fixed the light coming on. They replaced with a different model. Here we went a few months and the machine started leaking. Called to see what to do and they replaced it with a like model of the original purchase. Now here we are 8 days out of the original purchase date of an year and the machine will only run a few hours and fill water light is coming on again. So I called them, thinking that I’ve only have the replacement a few months and they would fix their problems again and I was basically told go away now. STAY AWAY FROM A NEWAIR ICE MAKERS!!!!! I promised I would get the work out and here we go. Don’t get me wrong. When in their year they will help you out. But if your machine is 1 day out, you are out of luck.

Had some issues but customer service cleared it up really easily for me, I was helped specifically by Hilary Wright. She is really nice and got a solution for me really fast. So I'm really thankful for her :). If you have issues and are within warranty don't hesitate to reach out to them.

This (sku LWB051BKD0) wine and beverage fridge is absolutely amazing. Not only is this unit sleek and beautiful, my wine is just the perfect temperature! On top of it all, customer is top notch! Will definitely be recommending!
