Today I was in a bind our ice maker bucket had broke on the side, so I had to take the time to call Customer service Rep with Newair. Well, I spoke with Vanessa Edwards. She was very polite. Her knowledge of the model number I gave her was unbelievable, She was able to help me in a quick manner to get the right product for me, her knowledge and experience with this particular model In the knowledge of the part was excellent. I was on the phone no less than five minutes. If that that’s from the time I called until the time we finished with the product the pricing And all. I would like to tell the company that Vanessa is a big asset to their company. You responded in a good amount of time considering I emailed over a weekend. The instructions you gave in your email were incorrect for my model of countertop icemaker, however, the link to the manual was correct and I was able to find the answer to my question in that.

Newair has great customer service! I have called in a couple times and each time I have been pleasantly surprised to reach a person right away! I didn't have to push any buttons or wait on hold at all -- just got straight through! The first time I called it was because the ice maker was making loud noises that were pretty unbearable. The representative said I should email her a recording of the noise and they could trouble-shoot. The noise stopped so I never emailed the recording. However, my ice-maker did eventually break but it was 1-month out of warranty. I called Newair and the representative, Ionie, was extremely polite and listened to all my concerns. Even though my ice-maker was a month out of warranty she wound up getting approval to fully replace my ice-maker. The one I had was no longer in production, so they are replacing it with a similar slightly larger model. The combination of getting through to support immediately every time I call, plus the politeness and helpfulness of the representatives, plus Newair's willingness to help even outside of warranty, definitely makes me want to continue to buy their products.

Elizabeth Martinez provided me with the best customer service. She took my information so I could get my ice maker replaced that was still under warranty. She said I would receive a response within (24) hours, but she had me fixed up the same day. She was a pleasure work with. Employers need more people like her on their staff. Thank you
