Laurellee was very helpful in identifying the problem, giving me clear options and then arranging for the needed part to be shipped as soon as possible. Vanessa, from customer service understood that I'm elderly and being disabled makes regular task harder to do. Plus, I had already tried to troubleshoot repairs. I still haven't received replacement as of yet. But it's really nice to know, that a manufacture stands behind their products. This gives you peace of mind for purchasing in the future.
The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, my unit arrived damaged, but they have now sent me a replacement quickly. Hopefully arriving intact
