I had several problems come up that were all shipping related. They were all handled promptly and politely by Hilary W. She made sure once the issue was in her hands that the replacement parts arrived safely!
We had an issue with our wine fridge and Laurellee was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to understand the issue and over the course of 2 weeks helped us troubleshoot the machine. She was patient, kind and very helpful. We will definitely use NewAir again because of her.
