I had a really good experience with Newair and their customer service! I’d placed an order for a mini fridge from them recently, and when it arrived, I noticed a bit of damage had occurred while it was in transit. I reached out to them about the issue and was quickly connected with Hilary from their customer service team, who was super helpful and able to get things worked out for me. I definitely recommend this company!

I ordered a NewAir wine cooler from Best Buy. When we opened the box, the stainless steel doors were significantly scratched. Best Buy would only allow me to return the item if I brought it back to the store and the wine cooler would not fit in my small car. So, I contacted NewAir and spoke to Laurellee. She was able to order new doors for the wine cooler. I should received them in a week or so. My frustration has changed to acceptance...I'll be keeping this wine cooler now.

Kevin at Newair support is OUTSTANDING! He was so prompt, efficient, kind, and courteous! He easily guided us through the process of getting our refrigerator replaced. We cannot thank him enough for all of his help and service. What a great asset to the Newair company!

I had a fantastic experience with customer service while trying to repair my heater from Newair. It turned out to be a minor issue that I almost tossed aside, but thanks to Charles's patient guidance and quick, clear responses, I was able to fix it myself—much to my husband's surprise! Now, it works perfectly, and I'm truly grateful for his support.

Laurellee from Newair was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part to fix my issue. She stayed in contact throughout the transaction and replacement. Best customer service.

You can tell Newair cares about customer service, at least with the interactions that I've experienced. wrote in with an issue on my ice maker, got some troubleshooting options which seemed to work at first. wrote back saying problem came back again so went on to next step of warranty replacement. it's been a super easy process and what I liked the most was being able to work w the same rep through all the email exchanges. Fern was my guy and was very responsive from beginning to the end.

Laurellee who work in Customer Service for Newair has always been pleasure to work with. I have worked with her in the past on warranty issues and currently with a replacement part purchase. She is always really friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly gets the answers I need and expedites the process. I definitely enjoy doing business with NEWAIR Customer Service.

We had an upsetting FedEx delivery experience but Laurellee at Newair was exceptionally sympathetic to our plight and went out of her way to make things work for us. We had many communications with her via both email and phone and she kept us informed at each step of the way. Because of Laurellee, the customer experience at Newair was outstanding.

I purchased a Newair 43 bottle, dual-zone wine fridge from Home Depot that had an awful burning electrical or freon odor whenever the door was opened. Laurellee guided me through the process of filing a warranty claim to replace the fridge with a new unit. We conversed and emailed on multiple occasions and each time she was courteous and professional. She worked with her team to get me a more reasonable cost for the shipping and tax. I’m hoping the replacement fridge takes care of the issue for me. Thanks Laurellee!

I will NEVER purchase a NewAir product again. I have purchased 2 ice makers back to back and both quit working right outside the warranty. The second time around I purchased an extended warranty. However, it didn't help. They first sent me the wrong information regarding the extended warranty company, after getting the correct information and contacting the new company, they want to send someone out. This is ridiculous for a countertop ice maker. However, if they deem the issue is not covered by the warranty, they will charge me $150.00. I contacted New Air to request the amount back that I paid to the extended warranty company, to no surprise they denied that and said I needed to contact the company. It has taken over 2 months to wind up with no acceptable resolution. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A NEGATIVE ONE IF I COULD HAVE!
