Ordered Tuesday 20th June Said Dispatched in confirmation order email straight away, I knew this wasn’t the case though as it had to be cut/made to size! Queried when it would be ready, then looked further in email and expected delivery was Wednesday 28th June. Not bad I thought! Wednesday 28th June came and I hadn’t had any emails off the courier! Queried again, now told now 7-10 working days by New Edge Blinds Queried the courier, told DX, told them I might never receive it if DX have it! Said I don’t mind paying extra for a proper tracked service by a reputable courier. New Edge Blinds don’t reply very quickly and phone number is only answerphone! Bad customer service New Edge Blinds!

Very poor Communication ! In the End not even sure if I was getting the right Blind I bought It. It was cut to the right length but they'd forgot to put the instructions & Cleat back in the Box. So that took another 3 Emails wasting 2 days before I got a reply. And could put it up! And in the End the Blind is ok but it sags so not as good as I thought
