Nov 17,2023The blinds came with a very comprehensive fitting kit, including a wrap around pelmet, but the instructions didn't seem to acknowledge that the blinds would likely need to be reduced in width if not length to fit a window recess.

Nov 09,2023Ordered 1M black out blinds from New Edge via B&Q. Blinds delivered were only 95cm wide, which made them pretty useless for the purpose intended. Raised the issue with New Edge, who refused to accept there was an issue, and said they'd been selling them for 7 years with no issue. Which I'm sure they have been, but if someone has put the wrong blinds - marked as 100cm wide in black marker pen - in the wrong place in the warehouse, then the wrong blinds are sent out. Responses from New Edge were very rude and very dismissive. Not impressed at all, and certainly would not recommend them as a seller. There are plenty of other blinds sellers out there, after all.

Nov 08,2023I don’t antedvs roller blind for my back door and New Edge Blinds was the lowest price I could find. It arrived quickly, is great quality, and was easy to fit. Everything needed was included, though if fitting to a plaster wall I would use longer screws than those provided

Nov 06,2023We didn’t realise we had to order joining brackets for 2 of the rails (didn’t read that we needed them in the length we bought ) When i rang them up 2 days later we had the joining brackets no charge The tracks are for a conservatory so one long track with joint brackets in at least 4 places which you can’t see and we put extra brackets to hold the track and the curtains run smoothly all the way around The track is good quality and easily went around the corners Would highly recommend

Nov 05,2023The quality of the blinds is excellent, the whole service from first looking at their website, selecting, ordering, receiving and finally installing all within a week. I cannot believe how good they look and feel. I was hesitant about ordering faux wood but really need not to have worried. Having non standard windows I was delighted to discover they catered for the sizes I needed and ordered 3 in white. They have transformed my kitchen and I will definitely use them again.

Oct 30,2023This company are scammers!! I see previous favourable reviews but they must be from the company, as google reviews for this company are awful! I ordered through Amazon. New edge blinds LMT strung me along for ten days with their customer service saying my blind had been dispatched and was with DX freight, but when I called the delivery company each time they were supposed to have received my parcel I was told they had no record for my delivery. I eventually got a refund through Amazon. Avoid this company at all costs.

Oct 27,2023The blind sent was the wrong size. The measurements on the box were smaller than those given let alone cutting to size. It appeared the blind slats had been cut using a blunt saw as nearly every one had rip marks along the slat from the ends. Very noticeable on a grey blind. There were also scratch marks on the headrail. Despite e-mailing them twice and ringing three times they still haven’t got back to me regarding how they will rectify the problems. Steer clear at all costs
