One star is one too many for this lot. Ordered blinds and gave the measurement of the window from which they promise to cut them to size, taking into account the fittings. Blind arrived too big. The material had been cut to 118cm which is the size of the window. They did not account for the fittings. They refused to believe me, in fact their service was abhorrent. Once they saw the photographic evidence they stopped communicating. Entirely ignored me. Do not use this company. Ever. Edit in response to their reply: It relates to blinds I ordered from you which didn't fit. You then proceeded to offer awful customer service refusing to put it right. In response to the comments made by new edge blinds I would like to point out that the blind was never delivered to a neighbour as my evidence proved. I dont have a neighbour with a front door like the one you sent me a photo of. It is also not my responsibility to chase around looking for a blind you incorrectly delivered somewhere othet than to me. Lastly you stopped responding to my emails before I contacted my bank which is why I contacted them as I was getting no feedback from you. If you respond to reviews at least be honest and admit your error.
Everything you'd expect from a great seller. Quality product at a bargain price plus super fast courier delivery in 3 days when estimate was 7 to 9 days !!

Very happy with our new blinds. Unfortunately a mistake was made over the measurements, but this was quickly corrected, and replacements arrived in a couple of days.

New Edge Blinds still refusing to contact me direct over their unusable blind that had already been cut down and had frayed fabric. Fortunately, I bought it via the B&Q website and B&Q are allowing me to return it to one of their stores for a full refund. Like many reviewers, I advise : Do not buy from New Edge Blinds.

May 20,2023Shocking experience I would never buy off this company again and would advise others not to either. I bought two 70cm blinds via the B&Q website. When the blinds arrived, they arrived in packaging for a larger blind ?, so obviously not in the correct packaging for the size, they did not look new, so possibly returns. The fabric was over 4 cm too short and frayed and the bar had been roughly cut on both blinds. Nowhere on the advert on the B&Q website for the blinds does it state that the width includes the fittings, so a totally misleading advert. At the time of writing, New Edge Blinds are taking no responsibility and are totally disinterested in resolving my complaint. I am trying to resolve through B&Q and have made an official complaint to B&Q about this seller. One of the two responses from new edge blinds I received is “they do not sell faulty blinds” ?, the only other response was to take it back to the shop, difficult for me as the nearest B&Q is 30 miles away I am also visually impaired and do not drive. I have kept screen shots of the original advert and all correspondence. I offered to send them photos of the blinds and packaging and have had no response which is no surprise
