May 25,2023Our blind arrived damaged, it was very long and it got bent in transit. I emailed New Edge blinds and within a few days I received a new one in the correct tubular packaging. I was very impressed with how my complaint was handled.

May 24,2023Delivery good. Product decent, seems good value and works well, though have noticed a mark on one part of the blind material. I feel it should be made clearer at the point of purchase that some DIY experience is needed for installation. We did it effectively but worked as a pair to make sure we got it right.

May 24,2023Can't fault the service to be honest. Read negative reviews after I ordered and started to worry. Was even more worried when the packages arrived damaged and ripped open. DX driver said they may have been dropped. HOWEVER, all the blinds where sound, I liked that the trim covers were a little longer so I could cut them down to exact size of the internal measurement. Can't argue with the price, happy with the quality, they look great. Some blinds had less screws then the instructions suggested there should be, however, things happen, I always have screws and plugs in the house. End of the day I bought blinds not fittings. O and they arrived in like 3 business days! I'd happily buy from them again. But, looks like they may be inconstant or hit and miss, but I can only be honest with my experience. 4 stars because of the damage boxes, which feels a little unfair as the blinds inside where all ok.
