The blind is perfect. The quality is perfect. I just had one issue - on tracking, the number wasn't recognised. I had been given an option of a safe place to leave the item should I be out and as we have no neighbours (empty house one side and a complete house renovation the other side), I asked for it to be left under the canopy by the back door. After two weeks, I had to ask where my blind was and was sent a photograph showing a workman's legs. Guessing it might be at the building site next door, I went to enquire. They searched the whole site and found it five hours later - someone had taken it in thinking it was for the new occupiers - not due until December. New Edge told me it has to be handed to someone. If they'd have told me that in the first place and given me a tracking number that had worked, there would have been no issue, I'd have been here to take delivery. What might have happened if next door, one of the 12 builders had decided to dispose of it? But, all that said, I will be ordering from them again as I can't fault their product, nor their price. Next time, I'll be making sure I get better delivery details.
