Ordered the wrong blind from Amazon. New Edge blinds contacted me directly and sorted it with the blind received in a matter of days. Excellent service.
I’ve ordered 5 wooden blinds and all fitted the recess well and we’re easy to fit. They are good quality and had deep colours well represented on the website. My first blind had slight splintering on the bottom edge but customer service was fast and efficient and the issue was resolved within a day. I would recommend and am planning to order some more.
Please AVOID, I believe the company is a SCAM. They took my money but did not deliver blinds. They claim that the blinds were delivered. To add an insult they sent me a picture of a signature which is not mine. The handwriting looks nothing like mine. I was working in the office at the time of the alleged delivery.

The wrong size blind was sent and it took quite a bit longer to arrive than specified. However, I was given a refund immediately and told I didn't need to return the blind which was welcome. When I opened this blind it was slightly faulty with the metal bit being bent. I appreciate the good customer service regarding the refund but my experience would've been much better had the right size arrived in the first place.
We have purchased blinds twice now, both times very happy. Really love the blinds. Fantastic quality, good price and look good. Will be ordering more.
My wife ordered a blind from this company via Amazon. When it arrived I unpacked and installed it but when I assembled the valance it was cut wrong at one end so there was a gap in it. My wife contacted the company and told them and they basically said that the blind had been quality checked so couldn't be wrong and they had no replacements anyway. My wife took pictures of the valance and sent them to the company. They then said that they would send a replacement but it would be exactly the same. What a load of rubbish. If you want to buy shoddy goods at premium prices and receive horrible customer service then buy from this company. We however will not be using them again and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Love my new blinds. They were made to my exact specifications and a quick turnaround. The quality is also great so I'm really pleased to have now been able to get rid of curtains so much more brighter and more modern.
Delivered TWO WEEKs after payment, and then it turns out that the wrong item was sent. Listing clearly states: White, pack of two. They sent *one* *clear perspex* rod instead. And then rather than take on trust my claim, they expect me - already pretty annoyed at a long wait for the wrong item - to jump through hoops sending ridiculous photos to prove my case. I'm just relieved that I didn't order anything substantial/expensive from them, because based on my experience, they couldn't organise a bun fight in a cake factory. Total rubbish service - a disgrace. An edit: Today (13 December 2022), the company requested more information via Trustpilot, when I wrote my original review in July 2021. Ostensibly, this is in order to verify that I am a genuine customer and to identify which order I am referring to. But the company has already replied to me - in August 2021, as you can see below - showing that they managed to identify the order at the time. The true purpose of the request is in order to get Trustpilot to remove my negative review if I am unable to identify myself (that is the Trustpilot rule). But bad luck - I am organised enough to be able to supply my order number, even 18 months later, and submitted it immediately. I leave it to readers to determine what they think of a company that contacts me only 18 months after a negative review, and only to try to shut me down.

No information around delivery date provided and progress of order. Quite frustrating that the only way to contact someone is via an email, please get a phone number it will be quicker and more productive for everyone. Blind is good quality for a great price.
Still waiting for my delivery very hard to get hold of anyone. Received tracking information then when tries to input tracking number said didn’t exist. Wait day for a response no phone number to call. Soo disappointed
