May 01,2021Very Poor. After contacting New Edge Blinds before buying, I was told the minimum drop was 1m. However, when the blind arrived, there was no way to shorten the operating chain. I contacted New Edge Blinds to see how this could be rectified. They replied:- "Unfortunately, there is no way around this. It may be possible to buy a smaller chain however we are not aware of a smaller option. We are sorry we could not help further". USELESS!!

Temptation was to offer a 1 star review as they were so badly let down by the courier (DX) who took 3 attempts (we were in on all occasions and no attempts were made!) and 1 week to deliver from their agreed date. I appreciate this isn’t the fault of NewAge Blinds so trying to focus on the product here. However, change your courier company as they are letting you down

I then found a mobile number on your Facebook page, so I called and a kind young man called Keenan stayed on the phone with me until I placed my order. He confirmed it was received and had my blind made and dispatched within an hour. I am over the moon,it looks great. Thanks.

Mar 02,2021Big problem dealing with this company- no refunds!. My order was very quickly processed and sent but I was disappointed with the quality of the blinds. No refunds because they make to messure and as they make to messure most things it's no refunds full stop! It is impossible to assess the quality of the product before you see it!

May 28,2021In general goood quality to price but the blind rail was slightly too wide. We had to cut it. We have done correct measurements, and the slabs were of the correct lenght so it was just a bit sloppy job by the company on cuttimg the rail to the size In general I would recommend if you do not want to spend fortune on blinds but be prepared that you will need to do some adapting
