Fast and efficient delivery. Bought a flexi netrod, quite pleased with the product! It fits perfectly my bay pvc window. The only thing is I wish they would provide additional joiners and end caps as I have some flexi netrod left that I have used to fix on two others small windows.

Recently ordered a blind for my son’s bedroom through their eBay store. The delivery company didn’t deliver to my address although marked tracking as I had received it. Raised the issue with this company who are refusing a refund or replacement as it’s marked as received. Now have a case open with eBay to get my money back. I emailed the delivery company who asked me to tell the seller to open a case with them where they can track the exact location of delivery but unfortunately this company have stopped responding to my messages. Be VERY wary if you are ordering from these, if your parcel goes missing you WONT get a refund or replacement easily. We have ordered twice from New Edge Blinds, first time through Amazon which was 2 grey blinds for our bathroom. The 2nd time and most recently was direct with New Edge Blinds as it was about £50 cheaper than going through Amazon as it was a wide set of blinds. I like the blinds, our second set the white ones do seem stiff to open the slats bit maybe this is because its a wide set! But still happy with them. They do gather dust and need cleaning reguarly just to warn if you are thinking about buying, not the company's fault its just one of those things!!
Sadly not possible to give minus stars: paid extra and ordered a made to measure "blackout" roller blind checking in advance that fittings & fixtures would be included in the overall length of blind and was told yes, website asks for width of window opening and instructions confirm that the company deduct the size of said fixures/fittings (deductions) to ensure correct fit for a recess fit. They state a tolerance of 2cm for acceptable measurement discrepancies during trimming of blinds. I placed my order for a total window opening width of 171.8cm but received a blind measuring 169cm incl fittings. So it does not fit in my window and falls out, as it is too short by 2.8cm (0.8cm outside of their stated tolerance). Originally they agreed to send a repair replacement (not quite sure how you'd repair an already cut blind) but then said they would not be able to fulfil the size of my original order so the blind would still be too short overall (unsure why my original order size is an issue as you can only contact this company by email, their phone is answered but no one can discuss anything with you? Very odd. And their email messages are confusing almost to the point of purposely trying to gaslight!) Because my blind is not as described and unfit for purpose I have several times requested a refund citing the consumers rights act only to be rudely told that the fault is now mine and that they have made the proper deductions (their maths change every email, are incorrect and still mean they haven't met the tolerance). I have now had to escalate the matter to PayPal as I am fed up with this company's nonsense and utter rudeness! Cherry on the cake, the blind is also the weakest example of blackout I've seen in my life, but I actually like the blind overall so such a shame they just couldn't replace at the correct length! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Wish I'd read some of these reviews before buying! *they are suggesting I re-drill my newly plastered/decorated walls again to move the bracket inwards to accommodate their error (because that will obviously look aesthetic 🙄 and why should I have to!) ***update: after this company refusing my refund and threatening me that further action would be futile, I asked for the help of Paypal who sided with my case and gave me my refund! Horrible rude company!
Black blinds that turn up with white fixings and no option to change.. makes the blinds look slightly cheaper BUT they are VERY well made and look great, function well and are defo black out and using them for a space with grow lights.
Asked for pole to be delivered to an alternate address which was confirmed as pole had not been sent at that point. This was not done. Paid additional £20 for them to arrange for their courier company to collect and re deliver to correct address. The pole was collected and 6 weeks later it has disappeared in their “hub”. Total of 8 weeks later no pole and no refund - excuse after excuse. DONT USE.
Received wrong item, poor customer service
Newedgeblinds sourced a long curtain pole in one piece which I had been searching for. Customer service were really helpful responding promptly to emails and phone calls, even on a Sunday. Can't fault the service or the product. I would recommend and use again
