New Edge Blinds Limited: Order Confirmation #13208 (WEB13208) Order date 15/12/23. Still no delivery. Numerous emails stating the order will arriving Thursday, Wednesday!! The phone number on the web page is not recognised!!! I have cancelled the order today and requested a refund. Do not use this company.
I received my blind rods, whoever cut them had obviously lost their tape measure as they were too short, one lot by 8cms!!! I took photos and contacted New Edge. Even after reading my email and seeing the photos, they still wanted me to confirm that they were un-useable!!!! They sent replacements. They were luckily the right length but their cutter might have been blunt because the fibrous end was a bit damaged, making it a fiddly job to put those little rubber end caps on. I wouldn't recommend buying Roman blind rods from this company.
Some of the blinds cut to the wrong size and unusable. Seller won't accept liability and have stopped responding to emails. About 6 months down the line, the blinds that were cut correctly and installed have badly faded. Prices are attractive but don't expect quality material.

Very good service, a quick turnaround and clear communication on the status of my order. The track I ordered was exactly as described and of a good quality.
They sent me a incorrect and incomplete item which is terrible quality, has shards of metal off the edge of the pole, is missing brackets and a cord and is a completely different colour to what I ordered. The customer service is awful, they have not apologised and are refusing to provide a return label for the rubbish they have sent me so I can get my money back. Avoid this company!
Shocking customer service and overall experience. Wrong product was sent and after numerous attempts to contact they haven’t responded or corrected the order. When I ask to speak to someone on the phone they say they have “no one”. Finally I have a response today but the response is unfriendly, hostile and poor. I would give this company a 0 star if I could. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered 3 blinds via The Range online ordering on 27th September. Delivery date 9th October. No blinds. On the 19th the blind company notified me 2 where in stock the other available in November. I agreed to have the 2 as long as I would get the 3rd. 20th Oct I recieved the 2. November has come and gone and on the 1st December I was told I'd receive it soon as it had been dispatched. On the 7th I requested tracking info. They replied the tracking wasn't showing updates but they had requested it. Since then my emails have gone un answered as of today 12th December 2023. The two blinds I have received are no good to me with out the 3rd to match. I am at a loss. I would avoid at all costs.

Poorly described item so not fit for purpose, highly ride customer services did not want to refund, agreed under threat of trading standards but still refused to pay my return postage so leaving me out of pocket. Just THE WORST customer service, such a bad ambassador for this company and I will still be going to trading standards and prewarn other potential customers. Disgusting service.

Good luck to anyone dealing with this company.i ordered 5 lots of blinds nearly £400 in total.they came not the correct blinds,it's been 3 hole weeks of emails and calling a call centre to be fobbed off.the blinds I baught were from the RANGE website the blind company is there partners.i couldnt just simply deal with the RANGE to send them back they also fobbed me off and told me it was my responsibility to deal with there partners.im still without a return label which is all I'm requesting so I can return the items and still without a refund and its been a month now!

Jan 18,2024I had an inside window width of 112mm so I ordered one of their ready-make blinds at 110mm and it was a perfect fit. Good mechanism and works well. The only company I could find that did this size without having to cut it all down myself. And a good price too. Thanks
