Phone call with Newton Property following a notification of a recently created shared services bill from 2022. Tamur investigated the situation and identified a credit I had. This payed off the deficit and the remainder was credited to my account. Fantastic result
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from this company. Despite numerous attempts to resolve an over payment issue following my move over seven months ago, I’ve encountered repeated delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises. Each time I inquire, I’m either told the manager ( John ) is unavailable, or I receive apologies from him without any real action. This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company based on my experience.

Three years on from raising an issue with water ingress and it’s still not resolved. Situation has deteriorated and building damage worsened so now repairs will cost more. Communication is terrible, we’re having to constantly try speak to someone and are usually just forwarded to voicemail. We’ve had countless property managers over the years - no consistency - and most of which have never even been to the property! Terrible experience and service so we’ve now engaged our local MSP to help. In response to Newton’s reply below, this is wholly inaccurate and a LIE. Nobody has met any homeowners in our building in regards to this issue. You do not operate in an honest manner which is deeply concerning.
AGP Ltd manage a property in Broughty Ferry where the communal areas were previously factored by another company. The level of service from the previous Factor to Newton Property Management is like night and day. At last, we are engaging with a company who take pride in their service and offer a professional approach. They ensured the 14-month roofing repair reported to the previous Factor in July 2023 was finally dealt with and correctly billed. Special thanks to Jamie and Lewis.

I have been working with Kiran Singh on number of remedial issues since he took as Property Managre . He is also liasing wih Aberdeen City Councl regarding a large grant funded project for the building Kiran has kept me up to speed on all developments and has been very professional at all times in managing all the stakeholders involved
I dealt with Abbey and she was a gem. She went out of her way to help me and get what I was looking for. She was very efficient and on the phone a pleasure to deal with. What I was asking wasn't easy but she picked it up and sorted it with no false promises as it wasn't certain it could be sorted.
Unfortunately, for reasons which I totally understand, Newton resigned as the manager for my property in April 2024. My recent experience was with Justine who went out of her way to help me get my float returned. It has taken nearly five months but after getting Justine involved it was resolved in a few days, I got my final account and the float refunded into my bank account.
My recent dealings with Newton Property has been in relation to a long running saga in which I was wrongly being Invoiced/charged for an outstanding amount relating to a property which I no longer lived in, nor did so on the alleged date. It took several e-mails and phone calls on my part to resolve and this has only been possible with the recent involvement of Jemma Tweedie, Property Manager who has been excellent!! 5 Star Review for her.

Sep 27,2024I was asked for further sums for external work to be done on my property. I thought I had paid so investigated. It transpired that rather than owing money, I found that I had overpaid through the previous manager. I e-mailed Kiran Singh, my new Manager, on 25th September. She got back to me today,the 26th and confirmed that I had overpaid. She immediately instructed the Finance Department to refund the overpayment. I think she was very efficient and professional.
