An excellent communicator, fast responder and highly effective trouble- shooter we have always been reassured by Louise's intervention on our behalf whatever and whenever the need has arisen (which has been relatively often since we contracted with Newton to rectify many previous years of under-management and neglect by Ross & Liddell) We as landlords and Newton as agents could have no better representative than Louise and we hope that she can continue to be actively engaged on our account for many years to come. John is always very approachable and given us good advice and help with any information that we wish to discuss at any time. His information and chat provides us every time we contact him with much reassurance. I have been having a problem receiving my invoices for 8 months now, and Brandon has been the only person who listened in Newton Property and managed to resolve the issue in less than 24 hours. I am very grateful as this had been causing me unnecessary stress.
