Aug 21,2024I have found Jamie-Lee to be helpful, approachable and prompt to act since she has taken up her post. The role of a factor is never going to be a particularly popular one with residents but Jamie-Lee has helped with my relationship with Newton.

Aug 20,2024Thank you so much to Wendy and the team for helping me find a solution to repay the debt i owed the company and for setting up my direct debit. I was off work for a while through injury and i got behind with my payments. I thought i was in a hole that i could not get out of. Wendy called me and put my mind totally at ease and we found a solution to my situation which im very happy about. Thanks again Wendy. Best wishes John.

My 25 years in the former CITY of Glasgow Police, where "problem solving" was a 24 /7 challenge...........I, finished-up, as Branch Manager in HELENSBURGH....which proved to be....MORE DEMANDING than dealing with the GOOD CITIZENS of Glasgow........

Aug 16,2024How this company has a 4 star trust pilot review is beyond me as there aberdeen office is a joke. How they treat owners of ther own home is simply shocking they really could care if the building is secure or if water is getting in. I'm sure it wouldn't be accatabel if they had water cascading into there property. Oh wait we pay for this tom fuckery. Honestly avoid avoid AVOID!

Aug 16,2024Having recently taken over responsibility for our development, Hayley Robertson has endeavoured greatly with very many varied neighbours to coordinate and run most professionally, efficiently and constructively, our first owners’ online meeting. Priorities for the future successful reactive and cyclical maintenance of our buildings were identified, agreed and recorded for Hayley to further action. Hayley went the extra mile to hold the meeting outwith office hours too. Great customer service and satisfaction from Newton Property Services. A job very well done!

Aug 16,2024I'm very impressed with the service received frok our new property manager, Jamie-Lee McKelvie. Jamie-Lee was really proactive about resolving an ongoing issue - within just a few weeks of her taking over the management of the development, after just one phone call from me to highlight the problem, she had liaised with the necessary parties and when the solution was not initially forthcoming, she used her initiative to find a workaround that gave the same result. She also kept in touch with me to let me know how things were progressing, which was much appreciated.

Aug 14,2024A much improved experience following the appointment of Hayley Robertson, Property Manager. Since taking on the development she has been exceptionally proactive in building relationships with owners and working collaboratively to maintain the properties to a high standard. She has met with a number of owners to identify areas of focus and attention and was extremely responsive in following up on a number of actions/repairs. She also suggested setting up an owners' meeting (last one we had about 5-6 years ago) to agree a cyclical maintenance schedule and other topical matters relating to the property. It's not lost on me the challenges of navigating some complexities in arranging this meeting, but she did this with great professionalism and mediation to ensure we had a productive amd collegiate meeting. There has been a massive step up service in recent months and this can wholly be attributed to Hayley. I look forward to building this relationship further, she is a real asset to the team
