They have strong communication links with their residents and do their upmost to fix any issues that arise. If a question cannot be answered straight away, they will always get back with an answer within a timely period.

Aug 09,2022I have found your Senior Property Manager, Chantelle Christie at Newton Property Management,Central Scotland, a delight to deal with at all times.Any problems regarding my flat and property were delt with promptly and any ongoing issues were followed up with continuous contact with me of reassurance, til the problem was resolved.Being elderly and a bit vulnerable at the moment, Chantelle has shown me nothing but kindness, professionalism and respect. Aug 05,2022Newton took charge of our property a few years ago and, initially, were proactive and their performance was quite satisfactory. Then, they appointed a new Property Manager (Andy) and the quality of service fell and deteriorated. However, recently they have appointed a new PM (John H) who is proactive and diligent and is trying very hard to improve the quality of service and condition of the property. Here is to wish John (and Newton) very best.

John @ Newton has given his full attention, over and above at times and whilst there has been frustration on occasion, he has remained professional and courteous. Jul 19,2022We moved over to Newton Property from Donald Ross who I think sold out. The takeover was seamless and John Hempstead who looks after our property is always on hand either by email or phone to iron out any problems, and if a situation needs a visit to the property then he will attend on a set date. We are happy with the service provided by Newton Property.
