Newton are not managing our common property in accordance with the regulations in our Title Deeds, the Building insurance policy or their own WSS. For more than a year I have quoted verbatim the regulations that that they are contravening and I have met with them but they do absolutely nothing except to provide smoke and mirrors responses. I am in the process of referring the matter to the FTT
I would give zero stars if possible. I am now having to get my solicitor to write to senior managers to get a response. Keep clear of them, poor customer service, not trustworthy, do not respond or acknowledge you or your query. I will continue to post these genuine reviews, until I get a satisfactory response. I will check with my solicitor to see if a satisfactory response has been received. My solicitor has confirmed that he has received a response from a Director, which he is following up. It is a pity that I had to resort to getting my solicitor to write to the Senior Management Team to get a response.

Ridiculous accounting and invoicing, despite several emails no response of any substance. Urgent hse issue took 3 months to rectify despite chasing and was only completed because we had an agm and argued with the property manager.
They never answer my emails.

Contacted the office for the Second time, to again try to cancel a direct debit due to a property sale. This time Wendy at Inverness branch, was patient, polite and friendly. Taking time to understand the problem. She has since emailed me to state that she managed to resolve the issue. Clearly a credit to the company.
Phoned to report a leak from our gutters and was put through to Rhea. Within a couple of hours I received confirmation from her that a work order had been issued to a local contractor. Rhea also proactively asked for the gutters to be checked as she could from her records they have not yet been cleaned this year. Excellent service.
I wasn’t able to access the invoice detail online and June sent it to me be email. I have now reset my account And shouldn’t have any problems going forward.
