Jamie-Lee was both very helpful and quick to reply to my initial concern. She also gave me a fully detailed description of what the on-site engineer actually did, which is insightful on what work was carried out.

Bought a new flat and the intercom isn’t working. Brandon was helpful and quick to respond to my email and made a technician aware of the issue. Hopefully the technicians are as quick and efficient 😊

Newton Property have been managing my building since I purchased the flat. We have had endless problems trying to get problems sorted to the point where I had given up on the less important issues. However very recently, Property Manager Kiran Singh took over this portfolio and has within days, accomplished more than here predecessor did in several years. What a difference.

Spoke to Wendy P at Newton Property, Glasgow HQ about ongoing unresolved problem with wrong charges on an Invoice relating to Newton Property, Inverness. She responded within an hour that she had spoken to Inverness Office and gave me written assurance that our next Invoice (AUGUST 24) would show the correction. Will follow up this review on receipt of August quarterly Invoice but good to speak to a knowledgeable employee who very quickly assimilated the complex situation and who obviously is aware of the importance of COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION!

Avoid this Factor at all costs, truly shocking approach. Took over our large development, raised the management fee by 50%, won't reply to emails, no one available to answer the phone apart from receptionist and told 'they'll ring you back' day after day and they never do, don't "manage" the development to earn their fees (ie won't ensure gardeners show up regularly, won't chase cleaning company for invoices, etc.), their invoices are continually incorrect, their communications 'portal' is abysmal, we're having to chase them for a correct balance on our emergency fund account ... their goal seems to be to rake you over for as much money as possible and do as little as possible. If you're looking for a good Factor, make sure you X this company off of your list.

Stay miles away from these people. The only thing basically they are doing is to bill the home owners for absolute nothing. Still waiting an answer to my email dated over 1 year ago !!! Disgusted !! The 5 stars reviews are not REAL !!!

I have watched my daughters health deteriorate living in her flat managed by newton management. She owns her own flat her first home and since moving 7 years ago has had the worst service from this company Paying £144 a month for absolutely nothing. Hedge covering her front window at least 15ft high blocking all daylight from her home. During her worst year of surgery and intense chemo therapy she was house bound and not a glimmer of light coming in the floor to ceiling windows. I called them continuously but they done absolutely nothing and now it’s “too high to trim as a hedge and we need tree surgeon” is what we have been told. There is rats rife in the building and they are doing nothing about it. Apart from nailing a plank of wood to the exterior of a new couples first home to stop the rats getting in. There has been water pouring every night around the same time of night for 3 years on and off and now it’s getting so bad there is mould on the walls. Nothing is ever their fault instead of looking after their customers /clients in the right way they choose to ignore and deflect to someone else. They hold the building insurance and therefore holding her ransom To not complain as it’s excess is £1000 and for being out of work for ongoing surgery and recovery this is something they know she cannot afford so Again nothing done and passing the blame as it’s a “private matter” it’s clearly their building communal pipes They are managing that are leaking internally. So the right thing Newton and investigate and fix the problem. You are making people Ill and you don’t care Where is the £144 a month from All the tenant’s going towards a weekly hoover of the communal carpet. And blowing the leaves about outside twice a year ?? Avoid buying a flat with this management company they manage nothing and charge to for the pleasure. I look forward to your response

Been waiting 6 months for a buildings insurance claim to be settled. They have admitted the claim, admitted it was accepted and even admitted they have been paid in full by the insurers...but just won't reimburse me. My account manager/ factor just ignores my emails. I have other flats with other factors - they are 35% cheaper in fees and 100% better in service. The only thing this company is good at is PR and I fully expect a response to this review, full of platitudes and reasonable requests for me to contact factor@... Well I am fed up contacting factor@. I just want my money and I am starting legal action to recover it. Unprofessional and unhelpful to their core. If you have a choice don't deal with them.
