Newton's property manager for our Southside development for the last 14 months has provided a first class service through being pro- active, engaging and understanding, and communicating very effectively.
We have a new factor now in Inverness - Gavin Jeffrey, who is proving to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and someone who actually does what he says he will do. I would also like to praise June, in the Inverness office, for her endless patience and helpfulness. Newton now have a good team in Inverness, and we look forward to working with them in the years ahead.
I spoke with Brandon and he dealt with my query/issue very promptly and arranged for a contractor to come out quickly.

Vile company Since living here for 5 years had 4 property managers and not one has been useful. Every 6 months letter is received saying fees are going up yet the service gets worse!! Whenever you contact to ask something they do not call u back or engage. Back door of property was damaged and was left without a back door for 3 months. Voided insurance for all people living in the building and gas bills through the roof due to it being freezing. Whenever you speak to them they couldn’t care less. Spoke to roslyn today her handling of the call was unacceptable, disgusted at someone who has no empathy nor customer service is in charge of being a property manager did not want to help didn’t even apologies, and made it clear didn’t want to be on the phone. Absolutely vile company!!! If this company is the factor to your building you are thinking about buying or renting AVOID !!!!!!!!! If I had known from day one until now that I would have nothing but problems from moving in contacting them to try and get a bill and them just refusing to do so, until now when we u call they just can’t be bothered and after the call today I have never been so disrespected I would have chosen my first property somewhere else as this factor has tainted the experience of buying my first home.

I Had issues with the previous factors and was moved to Newton Property Management. I was having trouble logging into my new Newton account. After a short phone call Jamie Stoddart got me sorted out and am now properly connected to their website.
I reported to Newton Property Management that the secure entry on our front door was not working. Within 24 hours I had a response from Tam to say that a locksmith had been instructed to come out and he came the next day.
The only correspondence myself and others in the estate receive from Newton is a letter demanding payment and threatening to escalate the debt. We get no invoices sent and when we call Newton they claim all invoices were sent out. Very unprofessional in practice and in response basically calling us all liars.
Jamie-Lee has been great in assisting with financial queries as I sold my flat to my private limited company. Communication is always clear, prompt and regular. The development is in great condition and Jamie-Lee has done a great job of keeping fees down during an expensive time.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Rhea Inkster, who couldn’t have been anymore helpful. She helped clear up any questions or concerns that I had in a polite manner and made the experience extremely smooth.

I received such a quick and considerate response to the query/issue that I had over the holiday period. Lana, who replied for the Aberdeen area let me know the route that they were going to go down and did this really quickly in regards of when I first got in touch with the issue. Lana was very clear in communicating this to the other residents in the apartment complex.
I've had a recent positive experience with Jamie at Newton in Aberdeen! He was very helpful in resolving my issue with a parking fob. Jamie went above and beyond offering to stay behind after hours to make sure I could collect it before the office closed. Newton have recently acquired another business in Aberdeen and taken over factor responsibilities and so far their friendly and efficient service has made the process very easy! Thank you, Jamie, one again.

Extortionate pricing compared to other factors for an ultimately sub-par service. Repairs are slow and need continuous follow-up. Newton interpret title deeds to suit them and make it neat on impossible to remove them as factor.
The property manager for our complex always replies promptly and appropriately to email queries. She has a pleasant and businesslike manner when contacted by phone. As regards the company generally, as they have only taken over as factors since the summer, it is too early to give a definite opinion, but so far they appear to be quite satisfactory. We are pleased to see that the car park barrier, which has been broken since the time of the previous factor, is once again operational.
