I’ve never had any issues and the maintenance is always held to a high standard My Property Manager Jamie-Lee is very responsive and has helped resolve many queries in a timely manner. I think we’re in safe hands because I haven’t had any problems.

Nov 13,2024We are a letting agency in Glasgow and took over management of some flats in Irvine where Newton are the factors. We deal with various different factors on a daily basis, however we have been dealing with Leslie Scott recently and found her to be helpful and action things (within her control) quickly and efficiently. It has been a nice change knowing that we can rely on Leslie for a response, unlike other factors we come across. With us not being local to the properties, it's good to know that they are in good hands when it comes to communal repairs.

June was incredibly helpful, she broke down her explanation clearly so I could understand exactly what was happening with our account, and even followed up with an email. Thank you.

Nov 13,2024My tenant contacted me this morning to tell me the plaster rose had crashed down from the lounge ceiling and smashed. She sent photos. I called Newton Property just after 9am and Lauren Haggarty took all the information and assured me that a contractor would go and check. I was delighted with the speed and efficiency of the response.

Nov 07,2024A change in allocated Property Manager to Kiran Singh has been a "breath of fresh air" after 12 months of a very unresponsive service. Newton PM needs to ensure that they are properly resourced to keep up these recent improvements. Kiran is articulate, responsive and customer-focussed.

Nov 07,2024Having lived in my development since new - 8 years ago, there has always been issues with the lack of care /interest in the Development at Bothwell Mews. This year our new property Manager, Jamie-Lee McKelvie, appears to have listened to and acted upon our concerns. Obvious improvements in areas. Hopefully this will continue.
