I live in a small development of 20 properties in Aberdeen. Newton has recently taken over its management. We had a problem with groundworks which had shifted and become dangerous. Newton arranged for a company to come within the week, they spent 3 days digging it up and relaying the setts and concrete blocks, and this common ground is now safe again. So far we have had rapid and helpful feedback from Newton.
Wendy was very helpful and knowledgable. I couldn’t have spoken to a nicer, more helpful person. She is a gem.

I had a problem with water ingress in my property. My property manager Jack Moran was on the case immediately. Roofing contractors were on site quickly and Jack kept me fully informed throughout the repair. In my 20 years plus as a landlord I would rate this as one of my best experiences dealing with a factoring company based on the speed with which Jack addressed the problem, his friendly manner and his communication.

Chancers! Disputing a valid public meeting to sack them and promising a review of insurance premium. Very good but you are still trousering 30% additional kick back from the brokers in applying the policy! Very disappointing unprofessional and poor service.
I sold my property which was managed by Newton in August. Since then I have repeatedly asked them to refund the balance on my account which they are refusing to do. While I understand there may be final charges still to be invoiced, Newton have no authorisation to withhold my money. Emails fall on deaf ears. Update 5th December. I have now spoken to a very helpful and understanding Catherine Flanagan who has resolved the issue and apologised for the poor experience. I am glad to see that Newton property are working on improving their services and customer contact. Thank you Catherine
We had the misfortune of having Newton as our factors in a flat we owned for just over 2 years. We made repeated complaints about the ground maintenance company not showing up, or just coming to eat their lunch in our car park and then leaving. After many of us got together there was some improvement, but we were definitely over charged. Fast forward nearly 18 months after we sold the property and they sent an invoice for an outstanding amount. Having been used to this level of incompetence we paid it the next day, only to then receive an email stating it was an error and any payments would be refunded. This was August and it is now November and my email has been ignored. Hopefully this will help to speed up the refund. UPDATE - Still no reply one week after emailing the address provided. If I still haven't heard anything I'll be posting a Google review.
Jamie-Lee is a wonderful property manager. Very fast at responding to any queries or issues and always a delight to deal with. A credit to Newton Property for sure!
Fabulous service and addressed my issue very quickly and provides excellent customer service. General gardening of our estate is carried out really well and the the gardeners are always very courteous. Excellent property manager and keeps you well informed at regular intervals.
I’ve called a couple of times to ask for maintenance to our property and each time my requests have been dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. On one occasion it happened within hours of me contacting them. Also, all correspondence has been polite and friendly which makes me feel happy to deal with them.
The difference between Newton and our old factors (Morison Walker) has been night and day. Helpful and friendly staff anytime I’ve phoned with a problem, Ewan and his team have been quick to try and resolve outstanding issues and quickly as possible and genuinely seem to want to help with any problems at the property!
Phoned Brandon in the Central Scotland branch to assist with an emergency situation and he could not have done more to help. Very impressed with the standard of service from the Property Management Support.
