Joshua's help in customer service was OUTSTANDING. I trade Tradovate which Ninja Trader ownes and operates as a second trading platform. He help on three totally unrelated problems with answers and links supporting his response. I have not had such support like this in years by ANY company. Zackery has been working with my corrupted Ninja 8 platform for the last 2 days. Today he cleared my problem using "Team". While we had to repair the platform he was able to save my connections and most of my template info. He was very thorough and made sure I was back up and working with out any additional issues. This was done with a pleasant professional manner! Was very pleased with the outcome.

Ninja Trader is very good. I am very satisfied and the service that the people at Ninja provide to their customers is outstanding. There is enormous friendliness in the emails and that is a pleasure. The web platform is decent when it works. However, at least twice a week it blips out/crashes and loses all of the templates you have saved. It'll also give you an error saying "subscribe to data" when you try to log in, if you have a trade on, it's costing time and money. Customer Service and Support are awful. The chat bot runs you in circles and when you finally get someone live, they have no idea what to do (unless you just need to cancel your account). The support team is condescending and rude, and generally have no answers except "try to clear your cache and cookies" My 6 year old can do that. I guess that's the inherent risk of using a cheap, subpar product run by a support team that has no idea how to help their customers. I'll be withdrawing my money and moving to a competitor on Monday. NinjaTrader isn't worth the hassle.
