How to fill out this massive application took me about 20 minutes. I have 20 years trading experience and a high net worth, and they rejected my application and don’t even tell me why. I asked multiple times, but they refuse to tell me the reason for the rejection.
On 3/19/2024 I sent $300 via Ninja's ACH transfer method to my trading account which is advertised as if you send this in before a certain time you will be credited the next business day. I wasn't. When I emailed to find out what's going on I was told they couldn't find the balance to my account and I won't be credited until 5 PM on 3/22/2024. This doesn't make sense. They have my money, how is it a trading firm can't find my balance until 3 days later after the market closes. My balance is updated every time I place a trade. Also, if they're having problems with the people they deal with to perform the ACH transfers, why can't they credit my account now, because they have my money, and deal with whomever can't find my account later ? If it takes them 3 days to find your account balance, it doesn't give you a warm and fuzzy feeling about letting them handle your money. Now via email, ninja is offering me to cancel the ACH transfer and i said yes, please cancel..so thru my bank I did a wire transfer..just as I hung up on that process, Ninja sent me another email saying it's too late, they can't cancel the ACH..Does anybody over there know what they're doing ?
Dont trade with this plattform. I Tried set it up several times it problematic to get running and the company support is wery bad and wery unpolite. I Suggest nobody promote this plattform .
Pessimo servizio clienti. Per ottenere una risposta su una semplice richiesta di apertura account ho dovuto attendere dei mesi. Segnalerò l inefficienza sicuramente agli organi competenti.

I'm a future trader who is just starting out. I decided to start using my own money to invest with and decided to go through Ninja Trader. After 2 days of submitting document after document I finally gave up and decided it's not worth it to go with them. This company keeps advertising it's quick and easy and you can begin trading the same day you apply. That's a big lie! If this is my money I'm using why do I need to go through this hassle? I've already missed out on 2 days of trading going through this crap. I'll find a better company who likes making money off me to handle my account. Ninja Trader is bad news!

03/15/24 - Emilio was extremely patient and helpful towards solving my problem. I had created a weekly risk setting and wasn’t able to place a trade. Emilio was kind enough to research what I had did and explain it to me.
Tech support sat on the phone with for 5 minutes until I got home and online. Then worked through many roadblocks and fixed my issue in under 30 minutes.
Bin sowas von fertig mit Ninjatrader. Immer bleibt Alles stecken und hängen. Kann nicht Mal ein Profil laden. Von Anfang an macht Ninjatrader nur Probleme. Einfach nur Datenschrott. Wechsle zur Konkurrenz.
Adrain B, was excellent in following up. Our time zone difference was between changes in Daylight Savings times and Singapore. Their day is close to my midnight. Adrain was polite and effective in reinstalling my NinjaTrader 8 to my local computer, rather than the previous install that went to OneDrive automatically, without my knowledge. Adrian was able to migrate my templates and settings over correctly, without me having to redo them again. It Saved me a lot of Time! Thank you Adrian B. Mar 28,2024Support Representative Clayton was assigned to my case involving a "read-only" database issue. Clayton was responsive both via email and telephone/remote service. Though partial resolution to the problem was resolved, Clayton suggested that my IT join the troubleshooting effort. Clayton provided step-by-step guidance for my IT to further troubleshoot, from which the issue was ultimately satisfactorily resolved. The root cause turned out to be a recent update to Avast Anti-Virus. Clayton was at all times Calm, Professional and Forthcoming in detailing the steps he was taking to resolve the issue.
