I have always appreciated your efficiency and reliability, but I've noticed a recent drop in your performance. Delivering allocations late is unlike you. I'd like discuss about your plans for improvements so we don't get to miss out on opportunities. Recently, I had to dip into my"echelonis elitus"account to cover expenses, which I wouldn't have needed to do otherwise.

It troubles me to leave this review but I must. After reading the hundreds of others with the same treatment. I had been with NinjaTrader for a year until today 05/08/24. I received an email to update my information (ID) and to fund the account. Following up with all the requirements listed in the email, but was having issues confirming the fund transfer. I left a message to the effect and the next day the funds were magically in my account. OK cool, good to go. Right? Nope, the account was closed overnight. but they accepted my money. The next email was that my account was being handled by "Compliance" and to direct my concerns to them. They are only available through email. OK, I'd like to know "What's up" Nothing for 5 days, Nata. Then an email today "account closed" final. and that they cannot disclose an explanation. REALLY" "Are you serious" No reason at all. So now I'm also unable to get my "test funds" returned as the amount is under the $50 minimum for transfer. "It's theft" and to the many here who have been treated like this, "I solute you" and to the rest of you including new accounts "BEWARE" you will set up a program for trading only to have the rug pulled out from under you. PATHETIC. I wish I could leave 0 star for this treatment.
Always excellent customer service
I have worked with Clayton for the past 2 days trying to get my charts back up. After multiple emails, he suggested we hop on a call. He was able to walk me through fixing the errors and got everything functioning correctly. Thank you again Clayton.

May 31,2024The gentleman did a great job but having to wait till 7am is horrible. Sent in emails thru help but got nothing back. When microsoft changes computer number after update should not impact user happens to often should tie a different number from the computer that doesnt change or the two numbers tie to gether that your system updates automaticly when there is a software update.
