There are often errors, when I make a transaction I have to record a video as proof. I am having negative balance error when trading but nt8 does not resolve it for me and blames me with unreasonable reasons. I sent proof including photos and videos but you still haven't resolved it for me. terrible.

I was not able to connect to Ninja Trader and called Help desk. I received an email and filled in the information that included: phone number, problem, times I knew I would be available and the help software I already had on my computer. It took Christopher only a few minutes to correct the problem. He was polite, easy to talk to as I explained the problem and how he corrected the problem. Great job, thanks, Lyle

I'm new to NinjaTrader. The platform is easy to trade on, but difficult to maneuver to other pages and to find help. I'm sure I'll get used to it. The first time I made a deposit it was available the next day. I requested another deposit 3 days ago, it came out of my bank account the next morning and still has not appeared on my NinjaTrader account. I got a margin call and a fine yesterday. Today I'm just out of the deposit. I'm told there is a 3 day hold? It's been over 3 days.not at all like any other platform I've used before. I'm sure I'll learn my way around - eventually. The charts and ladder are easy to use.
