pessimo broker, ogni volta che genero profitti, mi ruba soldi e non mi da i miei profitti come ieri che mi ha preso 20 dollari su 47 generati senza avvisi oppure 33 dollari dai 62 di autoliquidazione della sessione overnight. Andate su un altro broker avrete sicuramente meno soldi rubati, inoltre non ci sarà un servizio clienti a rispondervi ma un bot stupido ed inutile.

One of my worst experiences. Can't really say i had a lot of time to test it, Because the charts didn't even load!! The charts were totally frozen. I've already used plenty of platforms and never had this happen to me if I could rate it a 0 I would

I had two days of positive trades wiped out. I had one positive trade 7/31 and two on 8/1. When I logged on 8/2 and noticed it I called customer service they stated they cannot review past trades if I did not have a screenshot of the trades. I asked why would I have a screenshot, I have been trading stocks and options for over 12 years and never had a problem with those brokerage firms and there was never a reason to screenshot. I still cannot believe they cannot review prior day trades in 2024 with todays technology.

La plataForma en sí es totalmente modulable, conFigurable, y bien. Luego ya en la asistencia, muy distantes ya. El precio, las comisiones, carísimos. No les basta con las comisiones de trading que se llevan, enseguida van a aplicarte una comisión DE SABLAZO en cuanto tengan ocasión: no haber cerrado la operación 15 minutos antes del cierre de mercado, por olvido puede pasar, zas! sablazo de 50$ de comisión de penalización. Que no hay margen suFiciente y la posición se cierra por liquidación... zas! sablazo de 50$ al instante, y así... Están deseándolo. De lo contrario, tendrían un sistema de alerta o avisos, incluso de actuación, por ej el cierre de la posición automática antes por parte de ellos. Se puede conFigurar por parte del usuario? Sí, pero qué casualidad, que no permanentemente, sólo te servirá para ese mismo día, no para el siguiente (en que tendrás que volver a acordarte de hacer lo mismo, si es que te acuerdas). Luego el cobro de 12$ mensuales por los datos (como mínimo), es caro. Ni planes anuales de ahorro, ni cupones de descuento, ni promociones... ni nada de nada nunca. Unos buitres sin contemplaciones.

I’ve been trading futures on NinjaTrader for two months now. The app was clunky and I didn’t have time to figure out how to set it up before I started trading so I used the web based platform. It’s about as basic as it gets but after using it, I like the simplicity. You can draw trend lines and add things you can on any other broker I’ve used. The look and graphics aren’t as good as many but I adapted quickly and I’m not even attempting to set up the desktop app now. It does everything I need without being overwhelming. Clicking on the chart for a buy or sell is easy with two clicks. You can set up stop losses or trailing stops that are automatically set once in a trade and slide it up and down as needed. It’s really all I need to be successful. I recommend Ninjatrader

The platform is ok but the interface is totally un-friendly. Especially in the deposit and withdrawal sections: no table containing the history of the operations, no dobule confirmation about the transaction, pop up that often does not work, email sent in delay (4-6h) against deposit and transaction requests. High cost of commission per transaction 30$. I asked for an explenation to customer support bus seems they don't want invest in this sense. Happy to update the review if you modify the platform.

An update: I am pleasantly surprised by Trustpilot's objectivity in sharing my review. This is in stark contrast to the seven months of miserable experience I had with Ninjatrader and their unethical owner, CEO , and head of the customer service department. The brutal and very unhappy broker Mike added to the misery. And now, a new lie from Ninja: Reply from NinjaTrader Jul 19, 2024 Hello - we're sorry for your inconvenience and experience with us. We're routing your issues to the appropriate support channels, and they will follow up with you. Nobody called or emailed me, and they again closed my already approved account. All of this is about the difference in the lifetime platform license price I bought in 2022, which is cheaper than the current price. Julia's sweet soul on the phone was a little consolation to the overall Ninja ugliness. I understand why they have a B- rating with Better Business Burau; they have yet to learn about customer service.

All this happened on Thursday. My platform suddenly crashed. The candles no longer moved. When I tried to open the Nasdaq chart my PC stopped using the Ninja platform. I immediately wrote to support describing what had happened. After a few hours I received some instructions via email to follow. As well as Friday and Saturday. Unfortunately, however, the problem persisted. I therefore asked for their intervention via remote connection. On Monday afternoon Chritopher J (the support assistant on Thursday) connected and in a short time, analyzing my PC, he identified and solved the problem. After his intervention everything went back to working as before. Thank you so much Christopher J Tutto questo è accaduto di giovedì. La mia piattaforma all'improvviso si è bloccata. Le candele non si muovevano più. Quando provavo ad aprire il grafico del Nasdaq il mio pc interrompeva l'utilizzo della piattaforma Ninja. Ho scritto immediatamente all'assistenza descrivendo quello che era accaduto. Dopo alcune ore ho ricevuto via e-mail alcune istruzioni da eseguire. Cosi come Venerdi e Sabato. Purtroppo però il problema persisteva. Ho chiesto quindi un loro intervento tramite una connessione da remoto. Lunedi pomeriggio Chritopher J (il support assistant di Giovedi) si è connessione ed in poco tempo, analizzando il mio pc ha individuato e risolto il problema. Dopo il suo intervento tutto è ritornato a funzionare come prima. Grazie mille Christopher J

Honest review the concept is a great idea, the company fails on every level. Once they get ur money they no longer give support and trust me you need the support because of all the bug in there software. It could work fine for months and then one day it no longer works and if you paid they will not respond. Better not to buy lifetime membership and owe them to get support. stay away from them!!!!

I had serious issue with what we identified related to Chart Rending. The price chart was lagging and the entry/exit values were completely off from true execution levels. Adrian was quick to setup a remote session and diligently worked through all possible issues and identifying the main chart issue, a 3rd party application. Adrian logged the info, tested new work spaces and completed the task. I went in, deleted and created a new workspace and charts are 100%. 30 minutes diagnosed and done. I love it and great work Adrian! He also sent a follow up email with performance tips, etc. Job well done and appreciated!
