I would make the effort to actually deliver the product I purchased. I haven't received any updates regarding the shipping status or anything. They were very quick to take the money though.

NOVAA ORAL CARE PRO I ordered that on November 18th got it on November 21st and this company is so fake they scammed me they sent me a box with nothing in it and now they're refusing to give me a refund especially after I showed them a picture of what I got how dare they send somebody an empty box that is really unprofessional they told me to contact my bank to do a charge back request and now it's in dispute with my bank because they're not giving me my money do not buy from these people since last Thursday they've been giving me nothing but an attitude they will not help me and they're very unprofessional do not buy from this company I will be contacting my lawyer about this

The product seems to be of good quality and I had no issues receiving what I ordered and paid for. I waited to give this review after roughly three months of use. Though I believe it is not the fault of the product, I am unfortunately not getting the results I hoped for in stimulating gingival tissue regrowth around areas of recession. It may be the perfect product and solution for some, however, it does not seem to be solving my particular case and I will have to explore a more aggressive strategy for healing my gums. Overall, it might be contributing to healthier gums than I would otherwise have without it.
The product has a good reputation, but the ordering/check out process was very bumpy. Things are confusing and difficult to find, and discovering how to contact NovaaLab took some hunting. Follow-up emails did not seem to have correct information, which led to more confusion and concern. There is also a default check in check out which adds $ for shipping insurance. I'm looking forward to receiving my item, but I'm glad I don't have to order anything else at the moment.
I wanted to return an item. I was offered a discount to keep the item. I communicated I appreciated the offer but I still wanted to return the item. I have not heard back from the representative. The quick and wonderful customer service went dark. Update: A couple of days later I did get instructions on how to return the unwanted item. What I wasn’t expecting was the cost of returning the item, which was $40. I take responsibility for not reading the fine print but the way they advertised 100% refund comes with a big BUT; you are responsible for the return costs. So only order what you think you really want because buying a Novaa lab product comes with a cost whether you keep the product or send it back. I guess I have been spoiled by Amazon.
The redlight therapy for your gums is amazing and although I was upset with the fact you can't get toothbrush heads in the uk for the toothbrush I purchased And can only purchase from the seller at £7.50p a head with delivery I'm still happy but just would have liked this information before hand so I could have not brought the toothbrush . Overall great customer service and really good product but just beware if your buying from the uk it gets costly

NovaaLab really stands behind its products. When I contacted them that the controller for my oral care device had stopped working, I received an immediate reply. After sending a video showing the problem I was sent a new controller that works perfectly.
Everything i order comes fast and customer service is amazing.
They actually have customer service!!! I had a slight problem with the unit that I bought and they promptly responded to it and sent me a replacement. Great job.
