I have osteoarthritis and PAD. 2 years ago I had stent surgery for the PAD that was not successful. The immense pain I suffer, especially when trying to sleep, has worsened over time. I bought the small red light band in desperation to find something that would give me some relief. For two weeks I applied the band 20 minutes to each leg in 4 different places per leg and both feet. It took over 2 hours to complete, quite tedious. But, I started noticing a marked difference in just one week. Now at 2 weeks, for the last six nights, I have slept through the night without waking and having to get up and walk around several times to alleviate pain. I have now purchased the full body pod and even though it was costly, you can’t put a price on improving your health and well being. Also, had I opted for going to a doctor or therapist, I would have spent the same amount of money in 3 or 4 sessions. Now I own the therapy and can use it or reuse it as long as necessary at no additional cost. I will give the small band to my adult son to help with his knee pain due to loss of cartilage. I am positive it will give him the relief he needs.
I really wasn’t expecting the product to be as good as it was. I was really having trouble with my knee and it became very difficult for me to go up and downstairs after two weeks of using the product. I could start seeing an improvement as I’ve continued to use it on a daily basis by knee is slightly improving each day. It’s a really great product.

My red light pad arrived earlier than I expected. I didn't have any problems ordering or paying for it. If it works I'll definitely buy the blanket.
I love this product and share my views with anyone who will listen to me... I originally purchased The Novaa Deep Healing Therapy Pad for my knees.. I had a TKR and use this product daily to reduce inflammation promote healing... I can feel the difference after use...since I experienced so much success in knee pain relief , I also use it on other areas, as well... definitely has been a valuable and useful purchase!
I like my handheld laser light but had an issue with the switch. However, after sending a video Novaalab has said they will send me a replacement. Customer service was professional, friendly and prompt! I appreciate the great service!
Awesome!! Actually received my order sooner than expected. I am using it for my arthritis wrist. Was recommended by a person in my ceramic class whom I've never met. Read all the information and here we are. I believe I will be satisfied.
Novaalab was excellent at fielding my questions and delivering the product in just a matter of days. Although I feel it is premature (only 5 days) for me to give a sufficient review, I can say that it appears to be reducing some of the pain and boosting energy. I will continue using it daily with the hope of total recovery!
I have been using the Novaa Pad device for several years now. I have one for each knee. Daily use has helped to heal my knees (sadly, the lost cartilige won't be back); however, the pain, inflammation and some pretty inflated swelling to the left of each knee has subsided to where my knees can pass for normal looking again. I rely on my daily home light treatments and I am exremely grateful and appreciative. The product is far superior to at least one other that was given to me as a gift at Christmas, that worked for a week and then did not. The Novaa Pad will continue to be a part of my life and my self-care program indefinitely!

NOW I know why doctors recommend Red Light Therapy. Between the three of us in this family, we have used it: to heal the areas that they took bone grafts from, to heal my spine surgery (after the scar healed), to bring life back to my feet that have Neuropathy (yes, as other reviewers commented, it helps tremendously to eliminate the pain and numbness in my diabetic feet), to help eliminate the pain from my Lupus joints, it has helped my husband's torn muscle in his arm, my daughter's monthly cramps as well as a sprained ankle to heal. It has helped in so many ways. There is a clinic near us that offers 1 hour sessions for $58. I have paid for this amazing treatment 10 times over, as the three of us use it every day conveniently in our own home. It has been an answer to prayer.
I’ve had my pad for a yr and stopped working. They stand behind their product and sending me a new one. I’ve been without it for about a month and can’t wait to get it. I had hip surgery and some nerve damage and can’t explain how much the pad has helped me with recovery and about to get the other hip done. I use to get treatment at my chiropractor with the wand and she recommended me getting the pad. Was skeptic but has helped me so much. Would highly recommended it and is worth every penny
Customer support was helpful in replacing my mat which broke after two months , they were very understanding and no questions asked simply ask for a video and my mat was replaced . Thank you for such a quick response and being a helpful caring company .
Spoke to RM in customer service and was rather painless to get a replacement. I have order 6-8 for family members and this is the second that the button has malfunctioned. I'm concerned that's gonna be an issue for all of them. But it does look like you have addressed the button malfunction and hopefully remedied that. What does a new light pad cost these days.
I had a dysfunctional product after a year of use and they just immediately replaced it. Very efficient and personable company. And the product is fantastic.
