I believe the company is a good one. Their product is also good. There can always be issues, despite the quality of the product. Having 20 lights on the belt go bad, and the remaining light was showing an unsteady light, I felt it should have been covered by their warranty. However, the warranty requires 15% to be bad to be covered by the warranty, which would be 22 lights. The fact that I was 2 lights shy of having the belt replaced was frustrating, especially since I could see an unsteadiness in the remaining lights. I was told it was still usable so I tried to use the belt again. At that point, there were many more lights that were not functioning. I contacted the company again, and they started to process a replacement belt. A rather lengthy process. The response times from the company are pretty slow. That said, I will add that they were always cordial in their correspondence. I am not working at the company, so have no idea what process they must take at that level. And I have no idea if they are low on staff. Easy to complain, when a person doesn't know what is going on at that level. The final word is this...I like their product. Their workers were only doing what was company policy. I am not happy that the belt was faulty, however, I am happy that the warranty was honored, and I appreciate their courtesy in their correspondence.

This company has the best customer service in the world! I reported an issue in the morning and by end of day they had shipped me a replacement for my Sonic toothbrush! Novaalab is a company that I completely trust for quality products and customer service. My husband and I have purchased a total of six products and are so happy with all of them. We actually just purchased two red light pads and two lasers, because we did not want to keep sharing them! They work as promised and anytime I have reached out to their customer service, they have responded in a matter of minutes. Try to find that anywhere else. I tell everyone about them, from my friends to my doctors. We use the red light pads and lasers for neuropathy, back pain, arthritis and pulmonary fibrosis. I also use the mouth product for my receding gums which it has greatly improved. I cannot say enough good things about NovaaLab.

Great customer service! I purchased an XL pad nearly a month ago, and I just got the handle laser. I’ve been using the XL pad on my legs to help with my knees and also to relax my back. It’s super relaxing and easy to use! I haven’t tried the handle laser yet, though—it only arrived a couple of days ago.

There was an issue with my infrared healing pad and they resolved it with a replacement immediately. I simply provided a short video showing the issue and a new one was sent to me. The customer service was great and problem resolved easily and kindly.

Feb 20,2025I have been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my spine from C1 all the way down to S1. A L5- S1 fusion along with a C4-C5-C6 fusion that failed. Needless to say one can imagine the pain I feel with every movement made. Pain management only wants to do a surgery with a wire implant along side my spinal cord for pain relief. I don’t think so! I’ve done my research with the red light therapy and decided to try Novaalabs XLMat. (They also accept HSA and are FDA approved). I can’t tell you the pain relief that I experienced after ONE treatment. People, if you have chronic pain this is your answer to pain relief! I will be using this daily as directed.
