Aug 05,2024Brilliant service and top quality products. Ordered 4 pieces of furniture from them and they arrived immaculately presented and within 3 days. Great level of customer service from the team (I think his name was Joe) who organised the assembly of one of the units by the delivery team (who were also great - BJS they are called by the way) I would absolutely recommend Oak Furniture Superstore to everyone.

Aug 04,2024I ordered 6 rustic oak dining chairs and was delighted to receive them 6 days later. The quality is fantastic, very easy to attach the seat pads and the chairs were very well packaged on arrival. I was updated regularly by the delivery company when to expect the chairs. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and will be ordering from them again.

Aug 03,2024Had a delivery of 4 items on Tuesday 30th and all went smoothly until I opened the small bookcase, annoyingly there was some damage to the shelves. Sent an email with images 31st got a call from Customer Services apologising and asking what they could do to help? I asked them to deliver a replacment the following day and that is exactly what happened! Exceptional Customer Service thanks to all involved - an easy 5 stars from me.

Aug 02,2024Took the chance and ordered from Oak Furniture Superstore without any previous experience. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the furniture in my opinion. My order arrived within the time frame given with excellent delivery to my first floor bedroom. The wardrobe and chest of drawers are amazing quality and exactly to the measurements stated. While heavy, they are extremely durable and should last decades. As the wardrobe was too large to deliver as one, it required some assembly to put together once in the room. The instructions were very clear and was an easy job for two. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Jul 30,2024The furniture provided is of a very high quality with easy to understand build instructions and looks very good in our dining area. One piece of constructive feedback, it would have been beneficial to have received at least one delivery update during the lengthy delivery timescale.

Jul 30,2024I ordered a Dartmouth Oak and Soft White Painted 4 Drawer Coffee Table on 7/6/24. Unfortunately, the table top was defective as the panels were not aligned properly. I contacted the company and was offered an exchange, a refund or a visit from a technician to repair it. I did not think it could be repaired, but I did ask for a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was faulty and the spacing on the table top panels was not consistent. I contacted the company again, this time suggesting a visit from a technician might resolve the issue. The company would not agree to this and gave me Ā£55 compensation as the spacing issue was (in their terms) ātolerable.ā In fact, it is intolerable and I have removed the table top from the carcass to try and reduce the spacing.
