Jul 28,2024We purchased 4 dining chairs. they took about 5 months to arrive and when they did we were very disappointed with the finishing on them. Following on from our comments above, we are very pleased to report that our complaint has been resolved. The chairs are being replaced and, although more expensive, no extra charge. The people we dealt with at OFS were extremely helpful and professional and all our concerns were completely dealt with - 10/10!

Jul 27,2024Brilliant service from easy ordering to on time delivery. Delivery was great, they were polite and friendly. Furniture is more than I’d hoped for so very pleased. I’m very fussy. Usually make everything myself as don’t trust anyone else to do quality work. However age is creeping up and it’s not as easy these days. So I’m very pleased to say these are superb quality I’m very happy.

The delivery was great with plenty of notification, a tracking service, the order was within the time slot as advised with a phone call to let me know what time the delivery would be made, the delivery was professional and to the room if my choice. Finally the chest of draws is of exceptional quality. Many thanks.

Jul 25,2024Very happy with painted oak bed. Got a sample first so we could paint wall a good shade to complement. Easy to assemble. Could be done by one person using a corner of room to assist but much easier with 2 just to hold straight and steady (ie. The second person doesn’t have to bear weight at all).

I was kept updated with a delivery time and received a phone call to confirm delivery would arrive with the hour on the day as promised. Good quality table and packaged very well. Delivered to room of choice. Very happy and would recommend.

Jul 21,2024Had to order on line as stores didn’t have the size table we wanted in store. Ordering and delivery fine and within time. Packaging adequate to keep in good condition. Some warning as to how heavy it was to assemble would have been useful, as both in 70’s and struggled. The only thing I am disappointed with is the routing no two bits are the same size. If I had been able to see this in the show room I wouldn’t have bought it.

Jul 21,2024First thing that is really good is that Oak Furniture Superstore wait a fair while before inviting you for a review... this gives you a chance to see how easy it was to assemble and then, get used to using it.. The Wardrobe required assembly..... Almost a 10/10... most fixings aligned perfectly but a few needed a spot of 'encouraging'. Adding felt to the base of the upper section is nice touch allowing it to be smoothly aligned with the base without scratching it... There was one thing missing.. though. There seemed to be nothing supplied to fix the upper section to the base... Now that it has been assembled, we are more than happy with it :-) The Chest of drawers did not need any assembly and like the wardrobe, we very happy with it... The same applies to the bedside cabinets.,,,

Jul 21,2024Ordered a kitchen table and chairs, table was in stock but the chairs took a couple of months to come. I knew about the chairs as they weren’t in stock. The table is of high quality at a reasonable price as were the chairs. I’m really pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this company to anybody. One issue was that one of the chairs was missing a foot pad which made the chair wobble. I rang and spoke to a member of staff who sent me 4 foot pads within a few days. Prompt and polite, that is what a customer wants and that’s what I got. Well done!!!
