Jul 03,2024We bought 6 chairs and a dining table from the site. After about four months, I noticed that the color of the chairs started to peel off and at the same time cracks started to appear in the wood of the table. I contacted the company's responsibility, after a month or so a technician came here, immediately disclaimed responsibility and said that it was not a factory problem and there was nothing to be done. About the table he reminded us that we don't put a cover over it, even though we told him there was a cover and we only took it down for his visit, he said it didn't matter if he didn't see it didn't exist. He said the company told him to put some kind of polish or coating on the table and that would take care of the problem, since then the condition of the table has only gotten worse and it's been two weeks in total! I contacted the warranty again and again they refused and said that if it is not a factory problem it has nothing to do with them! And they offered me to buy the same table at a discount. Really disrespectful! Why would I buy a new table when I bought a product six months ago? This only indicates poor quality raw materials and poor customer service! Very disappointing and a waste of money

Jun 20,20243 years ago I have purchased 6 dinner chairs from Oakfurniture superstore order number 3000047143 and the chairs now look very worn. I know the warranty is gone, but I have contacted them to purchase new covers and they said they don't sale covers but only chairs. I wish I could attach a photo for other people to see so they know how these chairs will look after 2 years of light use and covers are not sold separately.
