Coffee table ordered and paid for , plus delivery charge [£29] As requested informed them of restricted access to my street [no access after 10.30am] . Delivery day company phoned at 12.30 to say there was no access to my street . I gave an alternative parking place 50 yards from my house , they refused to deliver . Emailed me 2 days later to inform me they would attempt to deliver again at a cost of £54 ! Cancelled then had to haggle to get a refund

I was kept informed of the delivery at every level, which was delivered by a friendly and courteous team. They are beautiful chairs. Very pleased

Great furniture. Not a five because two of the six chairs were damaged on delivery. However the company stepped up and replaced them quickly. Delivered Saturday. Spoke to them on Monday morning. 30 mins later they rang back with a delivery on Tuesday. Well done. Would buy from them again.

Took longer to arrive than originally promised but I was kept informed and communication was good. The wait was well worth it, the furniture is of excellent quality and looks amazing.

Superb customer service. We, unfortunately, experienced a small issue with an item we purchased. Staff responded to that issue quickly and professionally. Subsequent follow up customer service was a masterclass in how to deal with a customer. It made a tremendous difference. We know that if we are ever looking for additional furniture that we’d definitely return to Oak Furniture Superstore as out first port of call. * Apologies re: mistaken star review. This has now been remedied.

Recently recieved my order . Delighted with my sideboard and bedside tables . The quality of the wood and construction exceeded my expectations. Delivery took 3 months but I was kept up to date on delivery. Lovely delivery team who too the items into the upstairs room . Would definitely order from here again

My partner and I ordered a range of solid oak furniture for our main bedroom and after looking online and in stores at competitors, we decided to take a chance with Oak Furniture Superstore. There is no showroom so we were slightly hesitant about ordering such a large amount of furniture, but based on other reviews and the prices, we knew the decision was easy as we can try one room to see if the quality stacked up. We had some questions prior to the delivery which the sales and the customer service team were excellent in answering and paid extra for a time slot and disposing of the packaging. The communication from the delivery guys BJS was fantastic and the drivers were super helpful and polite, placed the items in the room of choice and when we saw the items, we could not believe how excellent the quality actually was in reality. The range is fully built and looks really strong. We loved the range so much that we felt compelled to order for another bedroom as the prices were excellent, though we have to wait a little for the new order to come in, which is fine. Thanks again for a great experience and we look forward to shopping with you again for dining furniture next. Highly recommended and already telling our friends and family about you guys!

Ordered a dining table with 4 chairs and OFS gave us excellent updates on the shipping delays along with options to change the order to something in stock. We were in no rush, so waited for original order. Delivered on the date and timeslot provided. When I checked the order, found that the fixings for two of the chairs were not correct and contacted OFS. They responded the same day as regards the corrective action and several sets of replacement fixings arrived the next day by special delivery. Excellent service and I would heartily recommend them to others.

Purchased a tv cabinet from them and really happy with it a very nice piece of furniture. I used the online chat first of all and then called in and spoke to Ashley to confirm some dimensions and then order it. Really helpful. Definitely recommend them. OJS delivered it and the guys that dropped it called in advance and delivered it on a Sunday.

Very happy with my purchase. The quality of the furniture is very good and a price I can afford. I was hesitant at first when placing the order as I have never bought furniture before without physically seeing it. However all the items I bought are well made, nicely finished off and look great in my lounge. Have had very positive comments from friends/relations. The delivery was very good too. I was given a time slot and was contacted 20 minutes before arrival. Two men brought the furniture in and left it where instructed. They were careful and respectful of my property, very pleasant and took the required photos. The packaging was excellent. Every item was undamaged.
