I had a couple of niggles on delivery, however OFS customer services were excellent in resolving the issues to my satisfaction and taking onboard constructive feedback. Good to see a business, look after its customers following a sale and to resolve any issues to everyones satisfaction, would use OFS again

May 14,2024We had beautiful coffee tables delivered but unfortunately there were a couple of scratches. We rang Oak Furniture Superstore and their Customer Service was amazing. With no quibble they arranged for a new delivery and collection of the original ones within a few days. The tables are beautifully made at a fair price. We would definitely shop there again.

My table and chairs was delivered by two very nice gentleman. The product was perfect, wrapped very well to avoid damage. Thank you, great experience.

May 04,2024Ordering was a bit confusing as chairs were available online but then confirmation said they wouldn’t be delivered for a good month or so. Anyway they arrived within a couple of weeks. Beautifully made chairs, very solidly built. I just had to attach the seat to the frame- simple enough! I’m very happy with them. Fine high quality product

May 04,2024The ordering process via the website was effortless from start to finish. Although I had quite a wait for my oak furniture, the delayed delivery dates were clearly visible on the website. When the furniture arrived it exceeded my expectations and was well worth the wait. Excellent quality items and a great customer journey, with the customer services team keeping me fully updated throughout. I have no hesitation recommending this company and will certainly be back myself.

Apr 28,2024I purchased a fully assembled hall unit. It was supposedly £500 but in the sale £298 plus £29 delivery. It was described as having dovetail drawers. They were nailed and the drawer being the width of the unit is difficult to open and close. It was also sold as light grey - I have light grey fitted cupboards in my hallway and this unit is dark grey. Overall it is very rustic and quite nasty looking. The contract delivery driver wouldn’t let me open the packaging and their collection depot was a company in Wednesbury. So there were two companies involved which were not Oak superstore. I am retired and had to get a neighbour to get the heavy unit out of the box. I expect to return the unit and get a full refund but reading their returns policy that is highly unlikely. Please do not buy. I shall get legal advice to see where I stand as this unit was horribly missold.

Apr 27,2024Good company to deal with, ease of ordering and delivery options, we had to move our delivery date this was done without any problems. Table and chairs we received are very well made and packaged, with minimum input from us to finish the assembly. Very pleasant guy's making the delivery. Would buy from this company again.

May 22,2024Incredible high quality furniture. The chairs were delivered completely assembled, and the table only required me to bolt the legs on to it. So easy and only took ten minutes. The delivery was much quicker than expected and the delivery guys couldn't have been more helpful.
