Delivery was perfect, they use BJS Home Delivery and can't fault them, items arrived exactly when they stated and all boxes were checked and popped into the kitchen, where I wanted them. Most importantly though, really happy with the quality of the products. Had to attach legs to the top of the Hampshire extending 140cm table and seat pads to the Warwick chairs but all easy and then ready to go. Really good quality heavy wood table, another very happy customer. Would love to add my photos but can't see how to on here.

Apr 22,2024I’m really happy with the dining set and bedroom furniture I bought. It arrived within the timeframe, communication was good, and the furniture is really nice. One piece did arrive damaged, hence the 4/5 review. Still waiting to hear back from OFS about that.

Apr 21,2024Very pleased with my dining table. Instructions for assembly were very clear, an It was very easy to put together and it’s really lovely quality. Delivery was with in 48 hours, with me being able to book a day that suited me. Delivery lads were respectful and delivered it to my dining room. One concern…..as opposed to complaint! Polystyrene packing? Awful, messy and so much of it to get rid of. I know it was protecting the goods in transit but there has to be something more environmentally friendly? Just a thought x

Apr 18,2024Took 10 weeks to receive our chest of drawers and when it arrived it was faulty. It has now taken another 9 weeks before we will receive a replacement - so just 4 months in total. No compensation offered. Will never use again. Definitely a business to avoid.

Apr 18,2024This was my first purchase from OFS comprising a dining suite, TV unit, nest of tables and side table in Loxton design. Everything is the highest quality, well made and arrived in perfect condition. They are outstanding value for money compared to other oak furniture stores. I love the design and it all looks superb. The delivery date was slightly delayed because of issues outside their control but they kept me informed and it wasn't a problem for me. The delivery guys were great, very efficient, helpful and friendly. I cannot praise OFS enough and will certainly shop there again in future. A very happy customer, thank you.

Apr 27,2024Having enjoyed my in situ at home choosing my new furniture I missed the following procedure for delivery and build where needed of furniture items. This caused me to make several phone calls to try to correct the situation which initially was told not possible Thanks to Customer Services my delivery was eventually unboxed built and placed where instructed a service which should be automatically part of the experience.
