Mar 31,2024Ordered Atlas table and chairs online ( online page said delivery 48hours ) After receiving order acknowledgement had e mail saying delivery would be 5 to 7 weeks . Mildly irritating but continued with order . Delivered today after 6 weeks but to my dismay came in 8 boxes and needed self assembly . Could have gone to IKEA if I wanted diy . Took three hours to unwrap and build , way over the top packaging which I now need to dispose . Oak table top has two extensions and coming in at over 105kg was almost impossible to lift out of box . Beware of ordering this type of product from OFS. Following this post was contacted by customer services who have been very helpful , arranged for packaging collection and gave small discount for blemish on table surface . Table and chairs now fully in situ and look good .

Mar 29,2024Ordering online was easy and we were kept informed about delivery. Unfortunately when the item arrived it was very badly damaged and unusable. When I informed customer care and provided photos I was offered a replacement or refund. The delivery time was too long so I accepted the refund.

Mar 29,2024Bought an oak table, it had a problem with it that wasn’t delivery related. They couldn’t have been better in terms of customer service, they arranged a replacement immediately. Second table arrived, in great condition, and we are really happy with it!

Mar 27,2024Bought a beautiful chesterfield during the New Years Sale (although, i'll note the price is the same now as it was then...) It took 7 weeks for delivery, which was fine as it was confirmed to me at placing. Delivery was great and the sofa put where I wanted it. The sofa is beautiful, the only issue was that it was missing the feet, but after contacting the help team they got new ones sent out asap.

Mar 24,2024From using the Web site to the delivery was faultless, Great communication was the order of the day as soon as i had made my payment updates on delivery and availability were bring sent yo me. The furniture arrived way before I was expecting it to which is always a nice surprise. The finish and quality of the furniture I purchased is very good and I would certainly recommend Oak Furniture superstore. The packaging was excellent , infact possibley the best I have come accross . If I was to be slightly critical, I would sugest that the drawer runner's could be a little smoother however at the price point it would certainly not put me off buying more items or recommending them to others.

Had an issue with one of the items bought when it arrived, a bit of damage, but it was sorted no problem. The price and quality of the items we bought was very good, no complaints on either score. We'll definitely be using oak furniture store again. Thank you for a really good service.

Mar 21,2024Ordered 2 wardrobes for my mum who is 81 and doesn't do online shopping. Read the description of "solid wardrobes good construction etc.... disappointing when they arrived, they look ok but they are not as described, not sure which part is the oak, in fact I doubt there is any, the doors are flimsy. The description is misleading and therefore disappointing. Not cheap at £900 plus each. Online shopping !!!!

Mar 20,2024We recently purchased our entire bedroom furniture from the rustic oak range. Through no fault of oak furniture superstore the items arrived damaged in transit and 4 out of 5 had to be returned. Lee from customer service was fantastic. Although there was a delay getting replacements sent out due to the popularity of the range, Lee worked tirelessly to make sure we were kept updated, given priority treatment and the next delivery was as stress free as possible for us. He was really good at listening and understanding and I am pleased to say we now have our completely bedroom furniture set which is absolutely perfect. The quality and build is exceptional. It was worth the wait and persevering for! I am so pleased we stuck with OFS and that Lee was able to restore our faith and give us a great experience. Not an easy task as we were obviously very upset initially. A complete turn around Lee! Thank you!

Mar 18,2024I’m a new customer to OFS I purchased a dining table with bench and chairs. First of all before I made the purchase I did called them to ask questions and they were extremely helpful. The goods arrived with a lot of care and well packaged. I rang up the customer service after the sale annd delivery and the staff resolved my query immediately. The service over all was outstanding and the staff in the company office are very helpful and understanding. I would like to thank you as you deserve a 5⭐️ I will recommend this store to anyone interested in buying some good strong furniture to last long.

Mar 17,2024I ordered the goods in January . I expected them within 5 to 7 weeks. When I had no contact from the Co I contacted them to be told there was a delay at the company and it wouldn't be at their warehouse until the end of April. I asked for a refund. There response was to arrange delivery the following week. When the items arrived all the packaging was badly damaged. The chest of drawers was smashed. I contacted them and they arranged to send another set with the delivery men opening the package at my house. This arrived the week after . They opened it at my house. Those drawers were also damaged and returned. The complaints team said they'd send another set after they'd inspected then at the warehouse first. Then contacted me to say every set examined was damaged and not repairable so they couldn't send me any drawers but I could order other furniture to the cost of the drawers. Those drawers were bought at the same time as bedside tables from them...which also arrived in damaged packaging but luckily were OK. So now I have a set of bedside tables to match drawers that are not going to be delivered and the complainst team has suggested I order a sideboard...for a bedroom ??! This company refuses to return my money and is completely unconcerned that I now have bedside tables without the matching drawers...so I will not have the matching set of bedroom furniture I had planned for. The furniture is made in Vietnam and shipped to the UK. The quality assurance is negligible . EDIT. The company got back to me and gave me a full refund for my drawers and they would have taken back the bed side tables....but I do really like them so I'm keeping them and they've given me £60 compensation . I can't fault their customer service side.

Mar 16,2024Ordered 3 weeks ago and was told 20 to 22 weeks wait arrived today and really lovely oak furniture so pleased with it, well packed such a good service and I would definitely recommend your company to friends and family as well as ordering other items from you in the future keep up the good work

From the very start, the ordering process on their website was simple, the communication afterwards was informative and regular and the couriers were fab too. Excellent quality products, very well packaged. Would highly recommend.
