Mar 16,2024I am extremely pleased with my whole experience with Oak Furniture superstore, I found it very easy to order the dining chairs on line. I immediately had a reply with details of my order and delivery. The time scale was spot on and they were delivered with no problems. The actual chairs were perfect and amazing quality, I am so happy everything went so smoothly. Can not recommend this company enough 🌟🌟🌟

Mar 16,2024Good solid furniture. Only thing not happy about was the fact that there was a "sale" on that finished in 2 days so rushed to order. Sale finished and straight away the sale started again. Ordered on December 27th and the sale is still on on the 15th March, same prices etc. The sale will still be on in the year 2050, feel a bit conned by this.......

Mar 10,2024The Bridstow Cabinet arrived damaged. I contacted OFS and spoke to Megan, who was very helpful, and we received the replacement within 3 days. We are very pleased with the TV Cabinet. It looks beautiful in our lounge.

Mar 09,2024I can’t fault the goods or delivery but the customer service it not as good as it should be, I had to ring twice to see where my order was and never got an apology or an answer as to when it was coming they didn’t seem to be bothered
