I called to change my delivery options as one item on my order has a 20 week wait. The man I spoke to was from sales not customer services but he fixed everything for me including booking my delivery in. He was amazing.

One of my items is delayed but I received a phone call today with excellent customer service, a full update and option of an alternative item of furniture. Happy to wait but so far the company has been great to deal with.

Very quick delivery. Although the item has been very well packed, it came with a slight damage/dent on one of the back legs. :(

Ordering on-line has been very straightforward and simple which is a big bonus for myself as I’m not very tech savvy! Also there’s been good communication to keep me posted on anticipated delivery dates. Very much hoping the rest of the delivery process and the quality of the product continues as positively as this.

From the start, customer service, information on how my order was progressing to the delivery info was excellent. The 2 delivery guys, we're extremely polite and helpful and to top it all, the furniture was very well packaged, solid and excellent quality. So much so I've ordered some more. Outstanding! I have recently had a very bad experience with an online art retailer and I have never bought anything from Oak Furniture Superstore previously. I am so impressed!! From the email after purchase, to the email with the name of the courier and how they would be contacting me, to the courier themselves, everything was fantastic! Wonderful service. First time customer. Will definitely be back. Found the dining table I wanted. Easy to order. Really quick delivery. Seamless process. And the table is fabulous. Heavy, quality. Looks stunning. And as advertised it was minimal and easy to put together. Highly recommend.

The furniture was first class and just what we'd hoped for. However the packaging was FULL OF completely unrecyclable polystyrene foam. I've asked the firm to think again, to switch to cardboard packing as done by IKEA very successfully and also highly eco-friendly. I am fascinated by the fact that since my correspondence with them over the packaging, the last few TrustPilot reviews have made a point of praising it - I think someone is using AI here, to write reviews that offset my real and legitimate complaint!!!

Great value for money, study table and chairs. Speedy delivery. Table and chairs were well packaged for transportation and when delivered no damage. Delivery drivers really polite and helpful. Would recommend this company.
