Feb 12,2025Really pleased with the chairs. Not so pleased with the delivery. The website promised the chairs would be placed in any room. One was to go upstairs but the delivery men refused. Quite a challenge foe elderly people.

Quick, easy tracking, turned up exactly when it was expected and the delivery guys were fantastic took all the furniture to exactly where we wanted it. We ordered the tilt furniture and it was so well packed. No damage and much nicer than I thought it would be. Really happy with the purchase. Immediately ordered more. Thank you OFS.

Confirmed delivery time, took the box to the room I wanted it in and even took a photo of damaged box, just in case it meant damaged goods. There was no damage to the unit - it was well protected by the additional packaging inside. Overall, professional, timely and polite service. Thank you

Feb 08,2025It was very easy to order online and had good communication from the company via email. The bedside tables arrived on time and were very well packed. They were also very well made. The delivery company ( BJS) were also very good, with good communication and the young delivery men were very friendly and helpful. A good experience all round.

Feb 08,2025Could not fault anything, order for a dining set was placed on the 30th Oct and delivered on the 20th Nov which was way before we expected. The ordering process had to be done over the phone but the agent I dealt with was really helpful, (Ashley) as for the delivery team they were brilliant, assembled the table and took away all the packaging and the table and chairs look stunning. Would highly recommend. ( second time of writing )

Feb 07,2025I was expecting superior quality Oak products that I had ordered from Oak Furniture Superstore. When I unpacked the items which were a drop-leaf table and a HI Fi unit, I was amazed at the quality of both items, the grain of the wood was stunning and very carefully constructed to enhance the look. Even the packaging that the items arrived in was the best I had encountered before, it was clear to see that a lot of thought and care had played a part in ensuring that they arrived safely. I would have no hesitation in recommending Oak Furniture Superstore and its products to anyone.

Feb 12,2025I had been looking for an extra long oak sideboard to go in our hallway for a long time (that had particular dimensions) and the perfect one was on Oak Furniture Superstore. However, I looked at the reviews on here (like most people do) and was really hesitant about ordering from this company but eventually I thought I would risk it. I am SO glad I did! The unit was delivered when it said it would be, the unit is beautifully made and I could not be happier with it. I wish I could upload photos on here as it is such a lovely piece of furniture. I am very, very picky (I drive my friends mad with it) and this absolutely met my standards ha ha. My only regret is that I dilly dallied too long over the reviews that the next day, when I ordered it, it had come out of the sale so I ended up paying the full price instead - I am so stupid! Never mind, still worth every penny.
